The customer service at NavaMd is outstanding! Both times that I have had to reach out to them, I have been pleased with the prompt manner in addressing problems or concerns. Always eager to help with kindness and professionalism! And the product, tretinoin/niacinamide is the absolute best! I have been using for several years now and will continue for as long as they continue making it!!!

I've been a patient/client of NavaMd for many years now and have always had exceptionally good service. Any time I needed help I was quickly taken care of. I've had one messed up shipment in all these years recently. I contacted support and explained what happened and was pro.ptly issued a replacement. Even having had this single mishap hasn't raised any doubts that I'm still and will continue to be a satisfied patient. It's fast resolution keeps my trust in NaveMd

The product greatly improved my skin texture and appearance. The prescription process was easily navigated and the Customer Service is over and beyond excellent! Very trustworthy!

Scammy and Scummy company - Wont let you cancel subscription. Do not let the 5 star reviews fool you. They all have the same script, we had a dryness issue, we called customer care and so and so was amazing and helped me. Literally the same script for every review. I dont find them believable. Personally I was not even able to get through to a human and email service refused to cancel my subscription.

I got sucked in by the Instagram ads and decided to subscribe. Their FAQ says you can cancel on the portal, well you cannot.

When I submitted a support ticket they told me I must call in to cancel. When I called, I got a message that no one is there to take my call.

Super scam and you should stay away, a company that has to resort to tactics like these to steal your money cannot be someone you should trust.

Highly exploitative subscription model. I feel like they drained money from me, by surprise. I feel exploited, frustrated, annoyed, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND signing up for their subscription. The product is good, sure, but just not worth the hassle of dealing with their sh!tty business model.

I had an amazing experience with NavaMD. The team was kind and accommodating. The product worked very well and the portal was easy to use. I had to take a pause from the product. The team processed my request within 24 business hours. I will keep using this service over time.

I like the product and always received excellent customer service but I don’t like that it’s a monthly subscription fee. I can get the same product from my doctor much cheaper which is why I quit.

I spoke with Sheila today because I got a new credit card which caused s problem with my account. She was so helpful and nice that I felt comfortable asking if they had any other products, which they did. I ended up ordering some hair products that I believe I will reorder. She doesn’t know it but those hair products could be just what I was looking for. When I do reorder, I will definitely ask for Sheila.
