My 5 stars are for customer service. Sheila helped me today and she was very kind and helpful. My issue was that you can't cancel on the website or by email and they shipped me more product ( charged me). I found out fm a text- not even an email where they give you time to skip delivery. This is why I have cancelled today. I do like the product but not how the account is managed.

ive never had an issue with the customer service - courtesy and professional has been my experience. I dont like that you have to call to cancel your subscription. I didnt care for the product much.

I spoke with Nae regarding cancelling my subscription, the product is great, I just don't use as much as they send me. She offered a much better alternative and gave me a discount! She was very nice and professional! Great customer service and great company to work with!

Sheila is the epitome of great customer service. Very sweet and personable. Asked and answered questions in the most professional manner. It’s been months since my first delivery and since they say less is more…I now have an over abundance. So much so I have started using on other body parts.

I will continue to use and if it does look like I may be running low before my subscription starts back up…I will absolutely call.

In any case, Ms Sheila was amazing in helping me accomplish this and even gave me a discount for when my subscription starts again.
