My 5 stars are for customer service. Sheila helped me today and she was very kind and helpful. My issue was that you can't cancel on the website or by email and they shipped me more product ( charged me). I found out fm a text- not even an email where they give you time to skip delivery. This is why I have cancelled today. I do like the product but not how the account is managed.

Great customer service with Nava
I don't use this product every single day so I don't need a new jar of it every 60 days. She was easily able to extend how often I am shipped a new product instead of having to cancel and renew every time I need more! Nae was so understanding and easy to talk to, great customer service!

Sheila is the epitome of great customer service. Very sweet and personable. Asked and answered questions in the most professional manner. It’s been months since my first delivery and since they say less is more…I now have an over abundance. So much so I have started using on other body parts.
I will continue to use and if it does look like I may be running low before my subscription starts back up…I will absolutely call.
