Sheila was kind courteous and helpful , addressed my concerns and offered to pause my account w a nice discount, but I have products piling up and will reorder when needed , thanks for the great customer service

Sheila was the agent who helped me this morning with few enquires and questions about product. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was so polite and cheerful and it was very nice to talk to her !
So far I am liking the products from Nava Md and their service is very good too. Definitely recommend

Today I talked with Sheila, she was very helpful, professional and extremely polite and kind! I have never had a bad experience with their customer service! I love their product and have recommended it to all of my friends! The price is very affordable, the only reason I called today was it's time to increase the dosage! I've been using it for one year now and I can tell a difference... I don't think anyone could go wrong with this company/ product!!!

While they have a good product, they don't seem to want to sell it after the initial sale. I cancelled, due to personal reasons, and when I tried to restart shipment, the rep was confusing about cost and when it would come. Then when I explained that I was using as directed on arms, chest, neck, as well as face, therefore going thru more product, she said there was no way for me to purchase a larger size or to get it more often. They did however want to bill me monthly for a product I would only receive every 2 mos. I think it would probably be easier to ask my dr to write an rx to have it compounded.

I spoke w/Brielle with regards to cancelling due to the current “recession” that is affecting us. I love the results of the product & she was able to assist so I can continue w/my subscription. So professional & understanding. Much appreciated.
