I really like this product and the convenience of the company's prescribing/buying online system. The customer service is prompt and helpful.

Called NavaMD today with a billing question & to delay shipment. My product is lasting longer than expected, which is actually great. Spoke to Nichole who was extremely helpful & very friendly. Great customer service!! Thank you Nichole!!

Nichole helped me today. She was friendly and helped me problem solve in a straight forward way. She was also patient with helping me understand billing.

Honestly, she was a peach! She offered helpful alternatives to cancellation but after fully understanding my current position, she went ahead and cancelled my subscription as requested. Her conversation was courteous and she really listened and gave me the time to be an old person. I appreciate her approach so very much and I am thankful that she was on the line today.
I have every intention of continuing with my program in the future, however, the recent death of my husband, combined with moving to a new State, has left me in a bit of a financial bind. She understood and treated me with empathy.
I like that she listened. That she had a conversation with me. That she took the time to hear me. I will be returning to NAVAMD as soon as I can. My experience with her is a big part of that decision. I am also thankful that the Company makes the cancellation process so easy, and without undue pressure.

I had called a while ago about replacing a defective product but was told I had it to long. I had ordered a 2nd bottle but didnt open it for a long time because I wanted to finish my first one. The second one was watery then stopped coming out because the inside was wax. I didnt think they were going to replace but I received a new bottle today and they told me there was no charge. I am very happy about this because I was very pleased with the results I had achieved with my first bottle. The product worked wonders on my wrinkles. I did not want to end my relationship with Nava and now I wont have to. Thank you and thank you to the person that helped me on the phone today. She was very kind and extremely professional.

Called to cancel my subscription, due to some financial problems, spoke to Nae and she was very courteous, nice and understanding as well as extremely helpful. She helped resolve the problem without having to cancel. Great customer service!!

I spoke with Nichole and she was very friendly and extremely helpful with my concerns etc. I had spoken to a previous girl and she was very rude and hung up on me. Nichole was however very empathetic and handled the call well. And set it up to have me able to speak to a supervisor about the first call I had.
