Switched to native
I switched all of my shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to native and my body feels amazing. I feel so fresh and actually feel insanely clean. My skin doesn’t feel as clogged and clammy and I feel so much better knowing I’m putting natural ingredients on my skin and hair. The scents of all of the products are so good and I don’t think I could ever get tired of them. Best body wash/shampoo I have ever used in my life.

I love all of there products, I use a lot of them. The deodorant smells good and works really well too!
Runny body lotion
I love the Native body washs, so I tried the Cucumber Mint body lotion. The smell is fine but it is quite runny. You have to be real careful when getting it out of the tube. Carefully get just a small amount and don’t turn it upright or it all runs out. Love that they are considered clean products but wish the body lotion was a little thicker.

My family and I have been searching for a clean, no chemical deodorant, that aslo worked well, and trust me when i say "I need to use deodorant". Searching has been taken time as we have to read labels and try the products bit I tried Native stick deodorants and OMG! I love them! I no longer smell weird, my husband also loved the one he uses. No more chemicals,we smell clean and fresh and NO ALUMINUM! I even tried Lume and that ended quickly! Yuk! Thanks Native!!!!
4 stars for their products
I really love Native’s products. It was important for me to find a cruelty free brand a few years back, and when I stumbled across Native I gave it a shot. (While I understand that Native was bought out by a “parent” company, P&G, which is not cruelty free, it’s still important for me to support a cruelty free brand. Hopefully to show a need and desire that major companies can follow behind.) I will say when I first shifted to their deodorant it took about a week for it to work. I don’t know if it was my body adjusting or what, but initially I didn’t think it was going to cover my needs as I am a heavy sweater. Now it’s the only deodorant I use, and I love many of their scents. Especially the eucalyptus and mint, which has always been my favorite combination of scents. I use their facial wash, body wash and numerous products, and I have always been satisfied. The big downside to these products is the increase in prices. $12 for a stick of deodorant is a bit outrageous. I love their shift to plastic free tubes, but they need to work on their prices somehow. I don’t see many individuals shifting to a new brand and wanting to pay those prices, or loyal customers like myself who feels like I’m breaking the bank when I stock up. I’ve read many reviews speaking of the lack of customer service, and I can’t say that I’ve had that problem, because I haven’t had any issues that merited me having to reach out to Native. My packages have arrived with the products I’ve ordered, tho maybe a few days late. Overall to sum it up, I’m very much satisfied with their products, but unhappy with their increased prices. If they keep increasing, I foresee having to find another brand, which I’m not looking forward to doing. I think Native might need a new shift in direction beginning with looking out for their customers first, instead of pumping out new products, marketing and scents constantly.

Overpriced and too many ads. In today’s economy they really think they can sell a $20 roll on deodorant? That’s delusional and socially disconnected. It doesn’t matter if it’s organic or not. This isn’t a product for the everyday person who can’t afford a meal. This is crap

Not a bad company but I would get Native ads very rarely. AS SOON as I placed an order with them the only ads I get besides tinder and bumble (which I deleted) is for Native. Fix. Your. Marketing. Stop shoving your products down my throat as soon as I actually buy something from you.
Causes Hair loss and Hives
Brought this product at Target...Really liked the idea of the product when i first brought it , Unfortunately after a month in of using , my hair has started falling out, scalp is super itchy from the shampoo and my skin has broken out into hives every time i use the body wash. Really thought this product was natural... After a visit to the dermatologist and two days of using different body wash my hives have completely disappeared... Some hidden Ingredients for sure beware when buying 👎🏼
It works!
I love Native deodorant. I do not like the new cardboard containers. Sometimes they are so tight you can't pull them off. I have struggled with two different containers. I have had to shove the product up with a brush handle. I am also retired and your pricing with inflation is not doing your customers any favors.
Watch out! Stains skin and clothing!
I love the fragrances of their deodorants, but they have stained my underarms terribly, with a dark brown! When I complained they blame it on the toxins of my own sweat, even though I've never had this side effect before in 50 plus years of using deodorants! I really don't think they did enough product testing
Think Twice before You Order
Not all that. I seen an ad on Tik Tok checked it out so I Ordered it. Sorry I did. They have a 3 pack deal so I ordered 2 Spiked Egg Body Wash and 1 Candy Cane Body Wash. Box got her Opened it Up and Got ONLY 1 Spiked Egg and the Candy Cane Body Wash. Called there Phone Number No Answer. E-Mailed them Twice totally Ignored. These Online Companies are all the same .Take your Money Ship the Wrong $hit and Never get back with you. From Now On I will buy in the Store Not go through this Crap. I hate Ordering Online it Sucks.
Very disappointing to see the downfall of Native
Been using Native for years, but I don’t think I’ll continue. The sugar cookie scent is my favorite, but this year, they are clearly selling product made last year. The deodorants I received have all turned brown due to their age. I wouldn’t mind, but the problem is it leaves brown marks and stains on my shirts. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to receive the product as advertised on the website, white deodorant that isn’t a year old and won’t discolor my clothing. Native customer service has been unhelpful so far, “These cosmetic changes do not impact product efficacy (e.g. malodor protection) or scent, and the product will perform as expected.”
I don’t know what to say, I can’t use this product because it discolors my clothing. That sounds pretty defective to me.

Native used to be my go-to brand years ago. Slowly over the last year I have tried to give them another chance after they messed up my order in 2022. In 2022, I placed an order for in-stock products, but after 2 weeks of never receiving anything I reached out. They finally got back to me (because I had to say something) and then told me it wasn't fulfilled because they were all of a sudden out of stock (I'm sure- after two weeks of putting out a new release... but my order was clearly not a priority). I told them to completely cancel it. And they blamed Covid in 2022 for their supply chain issues (lol). Well here it is, July 2023 and I figured surely they had worked everything out! But NO.
I ordered 10 days ago and after a week of no updates or a tracking number, I reached out to customer "support" and got the automated message. I replied that this is the second time I have tried to place an order and been burned by them. I was nice, and tried to simply ask when I can expect my order, but after 2 additional days with no answer from a real person, I made a case with paypal. I told them to just cancel my order. This is simply ridiculous. And I am trying a NEW company for my needs. One who actually appreciates customers. Never again Native... NEVER.
No Customer Service
Have subscribed for years but last month I received the wrong product. I have tried for three weeks to get some response from the company regarding this issue. I have received NO RESPONSE from Native and it does not have any phone number that I can find. Just an email that is never responded to. Love the product but without any service I had to cancel my subscription.
Love their deodorant
Love their deodorant, my entire family of 5 has completely switched to both native deodorant and toothpaste. I like their toothpaste and order it but I don’t have to have it. I HAVE to have their deodorant. I love it. The sunscreen is good too, but it’s my 2nd favorite sunscreen.

Best sunscreen on the planet - zinc-based (ie, it actually works) and blends in easily. Best customer service on the planet - Julia writes back quickly and is very helpful.
Not worth the money

I was told by friends that Native was great with their products. So, what do I do I bought their deodorant. They claim they're cruelty free. They're not! They were bought out by the BIGGEST company P&G which do test ALL their products on animals!!!!
