Great Products!!
Just received my first order! It was delivered within a week of ordering it, and everything smells absolutely amazing!
Once you become a repeat customer, you will lose that VIP feeling FAST!
Initially treated as a valued customer, they were quick to replace a leaked product. Subsequent shipments took longer and longer to "process" and even split with no explanation and waited weeks for the matching order to be complete. Contacted customer service, and was met with disconcern, and basically laid all the blame on the post office for the "delays" when it was 9 days to even ship (and 3 days to receive it once the post had it). Even exchanging emails they never accepted accountability for their own lack of action.
DO NOT order from this Company!!
I ordered a week ago and have not received the product...it has not even shipped. Correspondence only gets automated responses. I have been charged and can not find out when/if it will ever be fulfilled and shipped and I have opened a dispute with PayPal and am sending them all correspondence showing that I have not received the goods I ordered and am getting no where with trying to get any real answers from the company.
Products take forever to Ship
Shipping takes months.
Order placed over six weeks ago never made it to the carrier and had to be replaced. Tracking information estimates delivery about three weeks after the replacement was “shipped.” Absolutely brutal.
I'm not impressed
I'm not impressed. It's only a deodorant not a antiperspirant. When I wore it I still got wet under the pits but there was no smell. Still, who wants to sweat?? Also it ruined so many of my shirts because it stained the arm pits! I'll pass!

Slow shipping
Website claims to ship all order within 1-2 business days that’s a lie ordered my products March 7th over $100 worth and it’s now March 13th and UPS still hasn’t received the package.

I love their deodorants and used to love their customer service, but it's been abhorrent as of late.
They have an internal server error that makes it impossible to manage subscriptions. Despite my emails that outline exactly what the error is, how to reproduce it, what platforms it repros on AND a screenshot, the agent totally ignored it and replied about something else entirely.
Now, mind you, this is a very simple server error to resolve yet it's persisted for 3 months.
They keep telling me to "try again" which I know means nothing has changed.
Fully fed up, I want to cancel my subscriptions. I've asked four times over the last 3-4 weeks and have not received any follow up email.
I will definitely chargeback if they try to send me the products.
I have no idea what is going on over there, but it's not good at all.
Love my Native deodorant!
HORRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered nearly a month ago and still not have received my products. Every time I email them they send an automated email and claim it's "on the way". BS Horrible service so I can't even review the product. If it's as bad as the company's service, NO THANKS!

The company is okay at the time. I was able to get hold of someone when I got charged customs duty for shipping to the uk, and it was resolved. Which is why I gave 2stars.
But then, the product!!! First, I got about since different fragrances for myself and my partner. Started using it, and still struggling to finish it, my partner has even abandoned his own to me. The problem is first, it does t last even up to 8hours, and also being that I wear white shirt to work, it ends up have this very bold brown stain under the armpit, that refuses to wash out unless you use a bleach. Guess that’s why my partner stopped using it too. It’s soooo embarrassing, that midday, the armpit of your white shirt is already looking as if you put on a dirty shirt to work. I would recommend. The rest of the order would have to go to the bin unfortunately, cos I can’t endure the embarrassment anymore. The brown stains are horrible. Ruined some of my clothes cos I can’t use bleach on them unfortunately.

I LOVE the plastic-free deodorants! My only gripe is that they don't send out an "upcoming auto renew' email for subscriptions as Amazon does. I like to change up my scents each order but theyll just charge your card out of nowhere. Usually there's months between subscription dates so it's difficult to remember. Would be nice to have a little heads up.

Love. This. Deodorant! The smells are great more often than not in my opinion. The couple of times I’ve worked with customer service they were kind and quick to respond. They seem to finally have their point system figured out, so that’s good. I will definitely continue to buy from them, though I wish they had more scents in the plastic free. Seems odd to have more scents in plastic when they want to be a more natural company.

The product is good but the customer service is horrendous. They do not care about customer loyalty. I have had a subscription for 3 years. I had chosen thier seasonal scent for one 3-month period to change things up and forget to change it back to my regular scent the following month so they sent me a predetermined scent. I reached out to them saying the citrus spritz scent I received by default I absolutely disliked and asked if they could do anything for me, like an exchange. I received this absolutely condescending email stating they could make a ONE time exchange on 1 of the deodorants (I ordered 3 because of the shipping costs). When I replied to this email stating I wanted to cancel my subscription I didn't get any response. Two weeks later I had to reach back out to them and when I asked why their customer service was so poor, they simply cancelled my subscription. After being a loyal customer for 3 years you would think they would do something for customer satisfaction and instead were easy to just cancel me. I would rather support a company who cares about it's customers. Clearly Native is just out for greed.

Previously I used their products when I lived in Australia, but I moved back to Europe over a year ago and I can no longer order them. They initiated changes in the shipping policies but it's been ages since shipping to Europe is unavailable.
I wish there was an option to ship to EU even on a higher cost.

Would love to say something positive but apparently they don‘t ship to most countries, which is ok if that was stated early on. I browsed the website for over 30min and only saw I couldn‘t even order after wanting to give my address at checkout. So closed the website and got like 8 reminding mails that I forgot things in the cart… Why even launch ads in Switzerland Insta when you don‘t ship here? Why isn‘t it possible to ship when smaller buisnesses can do so for years now?
