I am very disappointed with this company

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. They advertise their products as all-natural, but both my child and I had a serious skin reaction after using them. Our skin broke out, and I even sent the company photos showing what happened.

Instead of taking my concerns seriously or showing empathy, I felt like they dismissed my experience. As a loyal customer, I expected much better customer service.

After I reported the reaction, the company sent me a $42 gift card. Unfortunately, I became busy and wasn't able to use it before it expired. Since the gift card had never been used, I contacted the company and simply asked if they could reissue it. They refused.

I wasn't asking for anything extra—just for them to honor the unused $42 gift card they had already provided. Their unwillingness to help was very disappointing and made me feel that they don't truly value their customers.

If a company claims its products are all-natural, it should also take customer concerns seriously, especially when people with sensitive skin experience reactions. Based on my experience, I expected much better customer care and accountability.

The product is nice but trying to open the pump to access shampoo or conditioner is extremely frustrating and most definitely reduces repeat purchases. I had to use a wrench. I wrote them and received a worthless response. Meanwhile, I have at least 4 wasted bottles before I decided never again. I gave the bottle multiple chances.

Bad business!

Okay, so a placed a order on June the 9, and it was just a small order 3 deodorants and could not get a response at all when i noticed that there was shipping info after a week . No tracking information nothing. So I sent a email and when I finally got a response 2 days later , it was like, oh don't worry, we're sending your order still no tracking information ? So asked to cancel never got a response. It is June, 23rd and I still don't have my deodorant with no explanation. That's unacceptable. This is a big company. They sell a lot of products. Honestly I really dislike that I use their deodorants but i was looking for a healthier and more natural alternative and been using them for 3 yrs , because if I didn't, I'd never buy it again! and I understand that things take time, but I ordered from another big makeup company .And i've already received it, and I placed the order days after this order . LESSON LEARNED!

I ordered 2 facial sunscreens and 1…

I ordered 2 facial sunscreens and 1 body sunscreen in the end of April 2026.
First thing was after a week they still did not ship my order. I wrote to customer service asking when it would ship and around 4-5 days later my order shipped and was delivered the next day by AMAZON. I opened the package on May 7 2026. Both of the facial sunscreens said they expire June 2026. I saw that customer service finally wrote me back and said I see Your order was delivered. So I wrote back and let her know that both of my facial sunscreens have a bad date on them. Why would I buy 2 for the summer if I thought they would expire in a month????? She wrote back and apologized and said they are supposed to ship out with AT LEAST 3 months on the date and said she could either do a refund or reship me sunscreen with a better date. So I said please send me product with a better date. She said she would "talk to her warehouse team" and make sure the date was better.
I received the 2 new facial sunscreens almost 2 weeks later and the 2 new ones say they expire june 2026!!!
So again, I wrote back and said I would like a refund, heck you can have these back because I'm not using expired sunscreen all summer.... and crickets...... no response. So I went through my payment website and went to file a claim. They gave me an email to contact first so I did. No response. So I filed a claim. I sent screenshots of all the email convo saying that they give 3 months on the date. and then they didn't. TWICE.
then a week after I file the claim, I get a response saying the date wasn't good because it was a last chance product and she will give me a 15% refund. NATIVE has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Kept blaming high volume for the reason it takes so long to get back to me, expiration dates not their fault.....etc.... also even though THEY SENT ME A BAD DATE, they worded the response like: we will reship the product as a one time only thing.
Like I should have known the same thing would happen.
Also Native is owned by Proctor and Gamble now???
They absolutely lost a customer out of me. Now that I know that I will be checking for Proctor and gamble on every single thing I buy. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE THAT THEY SEND YOU GARBAGE.

Faulty pump

I love the scent of the products, i’ve only used the deodorant,conditioner and lotion.

Deodorant does nothing and actually makes you more sweaty, conditioner is terrible for your hair but for the lotion i love the feel, it’s very light and scent is amazing only problem is i have rebought it three times and everytime the bottle pump never works, same with the conditioner when i had it.

Nonexistent Customer Service

I ordered over $60 worth of products from Native and never received the “free mini” or “free body wash” that were advertised on the website. In addition, the rewards program also appears to be unreliable, as I have not received the points that were promised.

I am also extremely disappointed by the lack of meaningful customer service and the repeated generic responses received through Zendesk.

This experience has been completely unacceptable — especially for a company owned by Procter & Gamble. I am still waiting for a resolution, whether that means sending the promised promotional items or providing instructions to return the entire order.

At this point, I no longer consider this a reliable company, and I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order.

Card charged, order not shipped, and no reply

I placed an order through their website 2 weeks ago. Our card was charged, and we received a confirmation email that the order was received. But no shipment has arrived. I emailed customer service 3 days ago inquiring about the order. No reply.

When they first started

When they first started, they were a great company, but they sold out. They sold the company to Procter & Gamble now you have all these artificial sents and silly flavors. Worst company ever.

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service. For what’s supposed to be a premium brand ($12 deodorants) they treat is like a discount chain. No replies to my emails. Subscribed for a deodorant subscription. Says it shipped today but as it turns out, they’ve just printed the shipping label. Actual order didn’t get to me until two weeks later. I live in CA and it shipped from CA so I honestly don’t know what kind of ship they’re running.

Canceled my subscription and will buy another brand. Native honestly couldn’t care less about your business.

Native Coconut Vanilla Body Wash

I really liked the scent of it, and how it paired well with other similar scents. Only bad thing about it is that I use a silicon body scrubber, and it's kind of hard to lather with the native body wash compared to other bodywashes, because other bodywashes have a more watery texture, but if you are smelly and use a loofa you should be good

I placed an order to treat myself after…

I placed an order to treat myself after I moved and forgot to update my delivery address. I noticed it the split second after I placed the order and contacted support after taking a few minutes to search for an option to "cancel" my order so I could re-place it to the correct address. My order has now shipped and after sending 2 communications to the company during the last 48 hours I still have not heard back from anyone. There's no option to pursue immediate customer service, which poses a major inconvenience if someone needs assistance that isn't prone to take longer than they have until items ship.

My assessment is as such: Native must treat their employees very poorly if they can't figure out how to staff their business well enough to meet their customers' needs in an economy like this. Maybe take some of the budget you use buying ads on YouTube videos and spend it on wages, bonuses, and benefits instead. Can't imagine I'll want to shop with this company again.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service, totally nonexistent. You purchase a product and they have 0 return / refund support. They claim they do it but never actually do. I bought the coconut moisturizing conditioner and it reeked of super heavy plastics, I almost gagged when I first used it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Native.
Their website prominently advertises a 30-day unconditional return policy for your first order, which gave me confidence to try their products. Unfortunately, the experience has been the opposite of what that promise suggests.
Two of the spray deodorants I received were defective and would not dispense any product at all. I contacted customer support multiple times to request a return label under their stated policy. Instead of honoring the return, I received repeated requests for photos and videos and long delays between responses.
Even though their policy clearly states that first orders can be returned within 30 days and that they cover return shipping, getting a simple return started has required numerous emails and unnecessary back-and-forth.
A company that advertises an easy, risk-free first purchase should stand behind that promise without making customers jump through hoops, especially when the products themselves arrive defective.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that customers think carefully before ordering directly from Native’s website.

Purchased the brush with a pre-paid debit card because I don’t fully trust buying products/services via internet. Received my product - WIN-WIN right? One week later this company hit me with a $52 charge from an another card…how is that possible especially since I never disclosed I had another form of payment (thieves)? Not to mention I haven’t received any products. Although satisfied with my brush, I will NEVER buy from this company again. I really hate thieves especially corporate thievery!! How did you get my debit card info???
