Terrible terrible terrible customer service, only second to the quality of clothing. I have spent more than two weeks trying to get them to send return instructions, multiple emails and still not one instruction for returns. They won’t pay for the return shipping, and apparently won’t cover the shipping getting here. I can’t say for sure because I haven’t even received a return confirmation let alone the promise of a refund.

Totally unacceptable, don’t buy anything from these guys; total scam.

I reached out to this company many times trying to get someone to give me a return authorization for an order that I was not happy with the moment I opened it. They have not gotten back to me at all. I do not recommend buying from this Company

Total sham. Poor quality ,attempted return/refund ,multi emails to supposed customer service which is under total different name. Finally offer refund but ship to China at my expense ,no refund on previous shipping. Desires zero for rating . Do not buy from them!!!

Total Scam. I ordered 3 items. inferior quality - not close to website description - sizing is mot close -- color is mouthing like the website. I wrote customer service over 5x -- NO response.

you can never return any items. You are responsible for all shipping costs to CHINA!

Horrible! They should be ashamed. I purchased 2 “cashmere” sweaters that are not even 1% cashmere. They are 100% polyester. I should have known better. They are total junk. I attempted to make a return and they ask for me to ship to China and assume the shipping costs. Unbelievable. This site is a total scam!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered two sweatshirts from my son on 12/5/23. Thought it might be ok despite terrible reviews b/c well known influencer had collaborated. Nope!! Still haven’t received the items and it is 1/6/25. Despite their website saying 7-10 days delivery. Tracking had shown it slowly moving through the postal system from China but then had “stopped” once it got to the US. I contacted them with no legit response (just an automated one). I finally filed a claim with PayPal and I suddenly received a new tracking number to start all over again. The old tracking number no longer worked. New shipment has supposedly left China but is again “stuck” after clearing customs. DO NOT order from them!!!

I received the wrong item. After sending them photos of the item I received they said it was still rhe right item. I sent them more photos and photos of their stock photo of what I ordered. They are refusing to resolve the issue. I wish I could include photos but it isn't an option. The only similar thing the item I ordered and the item I received have is that it is a black dress. The one I ordered is I wrap dress to wear many ways so no zippers or size. The one I received has a zipper all the way down the back and doesn't fit my size 8 body. It's too small. Very disappointed.

I bought an item and tried to return it. I followed their guidelines for returns well with in the time frame. The item was unused since my daughter received two. Customer service refuses to respond. I have been emailing and calling since Christmas Day. Complete fraud. Buyer beware!

First of all it was over a month before I received them. I have been trying to return four cardigan sweaters,because they are 100% polyester. The sweaters I ordered was supposed to be 80%cotton!!
I’m very disappointed and would like to exchange these sweaters for the ones I ordered!!
If they are not available please exchange them for the better cardigan that has cashmere in them. This is the third text that I have sent you!! Please help me with this matter!! Please send me a label so I can return or exchange these cardigans sweaters

Unfortunately I think I got scammed ordering from the website My Comfy Blouse. I truly don’t think it’s a legit company. The website claims that the longest orders will ship within 5-7 business days. It’s been 9 business days, 11 with Saturdays included (for retail), and I’ve heard nothing from them. My order has not been shipped yet and they do not reply personally back when you contact their customer service email. Their website claims to provide exceptional customer service, but all they have done for me is taken my money at the time I placed the order, and provided zero service beyond that.

When reading their website more thoroughly, it doesn’t look legit. Like they used AI to generate the “About us” section (my opinion). If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have done my research first.

Sent the wrong dress color. I've reached out to them several times. Weeks later still no response. I waited an entire month only to receive the wrong dress. Omg. Don't buy from Comfy Blouse!

Ordered what I as described as cashmere sweater. It took almost 4 weeks to get here. Not the right color and it’s polyester! When communicating with company I get this routine email back. I took pictures as they requested, sent them and now they are ghosting me….crickets. Do not order from this company ever!!!!!!!

Once it was determined the shipped date was over a month, Requested the order be cancelled but customer service did not. Have already disputed charges with my bank and they still maintaining the order was shipped and already in process. The order was placed back in November and just now on December 21, its shipped from China????? Worst customer service ever.

I didn't get an email confirmation for my order. Payment came out of my account Dec 2 2024 other than that I would have no idea I bought a sweater from them. It said it would be delivered before Christmas but now I dont think it will be delivered at all. I guess I'll just kiss my $75 goodbye?!? My daughter will be very disappointed.

A true form of false advertising. The models shirt was NOTHING like I received and was embarrassed to give as a gift. There were so many threads to cut and not to mention how long it took to arrive. I did not know it was coming from China but figured it out when I had an international charge. A total rip off!!!! Buyer be very aware

I placed an order for 3 medium sweaters. The bill of sale said 2 medium and 1 x/a. Seconds after completing the order I sent email after email to correct this. They replied 1 week later and said it was too late to correct. Also will not arrive for Christmas. The estimated time for delivery was incorrect. Company address is in Buffalo NY but I later realized product are shipped directly from China. This is by far the worst online shopping experience iv had. Will not order from this company again.

If I could give no stars I would. They sent me the wrong dress then insisted that the only way to be reimbursed was for me to send it back to them IN CHINA. Also, they wanted me to pay for the shipping to China which would cost me as much as the dress. Btw, the dress they did send was super cheaply made. Awful workmanship. So I’m out $45 and learned a good lesson.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THUS COMPANY.
