Well, seems Christmas gift for wife & our daughters godmother might be a mothers day gift by time it finally arrives if it does.

Website said 1-3 weeks to arrive.
2 weeks later I get an email saying order is shipping & its saying allow 21 days or more to ship from China.

Horrible! Do not buy! They advertise cashmere and send 100# polyester. And on top of it you cannot return it. Because you have to pay shipping to china.

I purchased 2 pairs of jeans. They were too small even when I went up a size. Once I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to give me a return address to send the products back. Per their return policy you must pay shipping to you and return. I tried for 4 weeks to get a resolution. They REFUSED to return and REFUSED to give a refund.

I nearly sure its a SCAM. I never even got my package, it was declared lost by Aus post. I have been trying to get my package redelivered or resent and they've put me around in circles for the past month. So disappointed. And you can't leave review on the website.

I ordered a pair of "Judy jeans" so I thought they finally get after waiting almost a month not knowing they came from "china" well they are not Judy jeans they don't fit I have email a trillion times they finally gave me a return China address that cost 30$ to return having sent a trillion more emails they have not given me a US address to send these back the guy at the post office said they do this on purpose I have NEVER seen such poor customer service in all my life and I order alot of online things they keep sending the same reply which is sent to everyone before they even attempt to answer im not given up I know these tactics I will report them to the bbb if I don't get my US address and get my money back

I spent $60 AUSTRALIAN dollars on a SEE THROUGH piece of fabric and the corset wasn't AT ALL what was listed on the website. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 5 DAYS now asking for a refund because this is DISGRACEFUL.

first of all: they do not have reviews on their website so i had no idea what i was getting into when i made my purchase. I bought one of their camo hoodies and i’m not too happy with it. The print doesn’t look the way it was shown on the website and the material is very cheap feeling. It’s not the worst quality hoodie I’ve ever seen but it’s not what it’s advertised as nor is it the quality i wanted. If you’re wanting a nice, good quality hoodie i would advise you look elsewhere.

Zero stars! This site is a bait and switch. They advertise name brands like Judy Blue denim and send you a pair of jeans made in someone's basement. No reply from them to my numerous emails asking for a refund and return label. I filed a complaint with the FTC, very easy and quick, and encourage others to do the same. With enough complaints they will investigate. Total ripoff.

SCAM!!! The products sent are not what you order and then they want you to pay a fortune to return the item back to CHINA!! The products are cheaply made. I’m so annoyed!!

If I could give this store a zero review I would. I purchased jeans based on their return policy and they will not honor it. They said that I had to pay to send it back to China. I tried everything including sending a screen shot of the policy. They offered me 20%cash back or 50% of my purchase gift card. I took the gift card thinking I would loose so much money and I just went to use the coupon and they only gave me a 25% coupon code. I have been working on getting a resolution on this for about 2 months.

I would give zero stars if I could! Complete scam!!! Do not order from them. They show Judy Blue brand name jeans and send you some fake jeans with no labels and are definitely NOT Judy Blues. Then they won’t return your emails and won’t let you return items even though their website clearly states the will give you a return label if you’re not satisfied..they won’t. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Sizes are way off. And they don't tell you that it is coming from China so your return is outrageous so you are forced to keep your order!

Their products are terrible, cheaply made and they don't work with you on a refund. My advice DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Oprah need to disassociate from these shysters!!! a 1 rating is way too good for these scammers. Sent me obviously worn smelly comfy blouse set, no tags on the garments and no packing slip.They refused to refund, discount only and require me to return the product to their return center in CHINA 🇨🇳?? USPS charged about $41 to ship to China more than what I paid for the rancid items so I opened a claim with my credit card company and my card was refunded. I just need these comfy people to send a prepaid envelope to ship their nasty product, but they won’t so it’s parked in my car trunk along with my shovels—to be buried!!

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE, OR YOU WILL LOSE! THIS IS A SURPRISINGLY AWFUL COMPANY! First, they make you pay nearly $20 for expedited shipping BUT they don't actually expedite it. Waited nearly three weeks to finally get a VERY POOR quality and worse, defective sweater. It is so bad it's not wearable, even if I could tolerate how poor quality it is. You can't reach customer service unless you file a formal complaint with PayPal- they don't respond otherwise, just send you a blanket response of policies instead (contact us to get a return label), when you're contacting them! They finally said they'd send a replacement when I filed the complaint to ask for a refund, ignoring my request for refund. And they won't do a single thing of any kind until AFTER they get everything back in China (!) and inspect it. It took SIX attempts to get a return label, which I also have to pay for, and it does have to go to China, not California where the label said it was shipped from. This awful experience is going to cost me more than $45 just for shipping, will take a minimum of six weeks to get any money back at all and I won't have any sweater at all either. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW IF YOU SHOP HERE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY AND THEN SOME, AND GET NOTHING BUT A BIG HEADACHE!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! I thought I was purchasing jeans from New York based on their website and their write up about how they got started. The jeans arrived from China and were nothing like advertised. They're horrible, no label, different color, different fit and cheaply made. The website says they will refund for wrong items received but they're only offering 20%. The address they want me to ship the jeans back to, at my own expense, is pf course in China. Beware, SCAM website.

I purchased their Judy Blue denim jeans. Two pairs. Naively, I didn’t read their customer complaints before making a purchase. They have a correspondence Address of New York. They disguise as a storefront in the United States. However, the merchandise comes from China. The denim jeans are complete fakes. The cheapest, ugliest, unflattering denim jeans that I’m pretty sure were made in a sweat factory. Do not purchase their jeans. I can’t vouch for any of the other clothing and will never order from them again. They will write back 2-3 days later offering a partial refund. I declined and disputed the amount with my CC company. They eventually provided me a full refund.
