Absolute rubbish. Sizing is rediculous, i ordered 2 the same size, one is too small and one is too big and somehow, according to them, it's my body. They sent me white when I ordered blue then told me it was a trick of the light because they sent me blue. IT'S WHITE! the straps just randomly pop off because the aluminium clips/buckles are too soft and they stretch under pressure. They did reply to my emails just to tell me I was mistaken and clearly colour blind.

Although the information said “easy return”, it is not. You have to send it to Vietnam. The cheapest shipping to Vietnam is $65. They first offer they you 5% of your order. After two weeks, they got to 25%.
The advertising is false.

De grâce n'achetez pas de cette entreprise. J'ai commandé 5 soutien gorges et n'en ai reçu que 2. J'ai suivi le guide des grandeurs mais malgré cette précaution les produits envoyés n'étaient pas de la bonne taille et impossible de vérifier car les étiquettes avaient été coupées. J'ai demandé un remboursement, on m'a offert un 10% de réduction sur les soutien gorges reçus et un remboursement total pour les 3 non-reçues. J'ai contesté cette offre, on m'a alors offert un 20% de réduction. Après m'avoir demandé plusieurs photos. Au total 15 courriels échangés pour enfin me proposer de retourner la marchandise au Vietnam à mes frais et m'offrant un rabais de 30%. J'ai pris les mesures nécessaires pour un remboursement auprès de mon émetteur de carte de crédit. Impossible de parler avec qui que ce soit. Expérience que je ne suis pas prête d'oublier sauf dans le cas d'achat chez Dany Bloom, plus jamais. Très insatisfaite.

Do not buy from them. Was not satisfied with the item, did not fit.wrote them multiple times with négative results.
After writing them many many times asking for a full refund and ask them the address for return this is négative.
Now, they would refund the full amount if I return the article to their warehouse in VIETNAM..

I ordered from DanyBloom.com and really liked the items I bought. So I ordered a few more. Bad move. The material definitely was not the same (from my original order). It was so cheap, didn’t fit right. Now they want me to send them to Vietnam and have the package tracked (which I’ve heard you can’t do). The address on my delivery is NJ. I don’t understand why credit cards won’t NOT ACCEPT scammers.

I have ordered a size 32G and instead received a stock size L. Needless to say it does not fit. The colour was also not the same as advertised. I have tried to return and get full refund, but they are not willing to honour their return policy. I would never order from this site again.

Bad, bad, bad. Do not order from this company. I requested a refund at least 7 times. I have reported them to my charge card company. Danybloom offered me 10% for a refund. Unbelievable. I have been dealing with them for a month. Thi company needs to be shut down.
The product we received was the wrong…
The product we received was the wrong size and we couldn't show Dannybloom because the tag had been cut off before it was shipped to us. So when we send pictures back they said they shipped the correct product and their policy says they can only refund 10%. How can they have a good business if that's how they treat the customer. After dealing with this company I found how bad the reviews are after. I learned from this and will not use a website until I search their reviews first.

If I could give zero stars they'd get that. I'm in the very slow process of trying to get a refund. The 3 bras I bought look nothing like the pics in ads. Very bad fit, no support for size 18D. Boobs hang out the sides and sit very low. They offered 10% refund today. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don't buy from them. I'm sure I'll lose this battle.

Dear Fellow Consumers, I purchased three bras from DanyBloom, but unfortunately, they were too large. I emailed customer service to inquire about a return and received no response for two days. I followed up again and still heard nothing.
After six days, I advised that I would be leaving a negative review, and I received a response almost immediately. I was instructed to provide photos of the shipping envelope, label, and products in their original packaging, which I did promptly.
It has now been two weeks since I submitted the requested information, and I have received no further response despite additional follow-up emails.
DanyBloom advertises a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and states that customer satisfaction is a priority. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected that commitment.
Based on my experience, I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider their purchase and be aware that obtaining customer service or processing a return will be challenging. Mine is still unresolved.
This review reflects my personal experience with DanyBloom's customer service and return process. Again, I have provided what they asked for and still await a reply. Please be aware.

Cheap material, uncomfortable fit, nothing like their ad. When I tried to get a refund, they offered me ( after 10+ emails ) 10%. No phone number to speak to a real person. Suggested I send bras back to VIETNAM and said I would be responsible for paying the shipping. Definitely a scam, should have read reviews before I bought. Lesson learned.
Refunds are impossible
I purchased 2 bras that were not as described. I requested a refund and instead was offered to pay for a return fee and they would so me another size, which I didn't want because the product was not as described, or accept a 10% reimbursement. I again requested a refund and they offered 20% of the total cost and told me i could keep them or donate them.
Why would I agree to lose $50 on items that I can't use?
I would not recommend doing business with this website.

Review: Do not buy from DanyBloom! I ordered bras from their site, and what arrived was completely useless. The bras are the entirely wrong size and don't even have manufacturing or size tags sewn into them, so there is no way to verify what they actually sent. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they refused to fix it unless I paid them an additional $18 to send out the correct sizes. They claim the items aren't "damaged," completely ignoring the fact that they sent the wrong, unlabeled items. This company uses deceptive advertising and has terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs!

0 Stars! I purchased the brown leopard bra. It is garbage. It is flimsy, cheap material, cheaply made, and provides zero support. They sent me a size 3xs too large. When I asked for a refund, it took the company 30 days to respond and when they did they claimed to have sent me the correct size -- so nothing can be done unless I send them more money for shipping. The ad is misleading, as the bra does nothing that is advertised. Don't be fooled by the catchy cellphone ads! I think the whole company is a scam!

I ordered a multibuy option of 3 bras that claimed to be supportive and a comfortable fit. The day they arrived (May 11), I opened one package (not sealed, that zipper-style package). There were no tags on it. It did not offer any support- the straps were so stretchy even on the tightest option. The cup size was too small and offered no support whatsoever. I emailed immediately to let them know and that I do not expect to return the one I tried on, only the two unopened packages. Two weeks later (May 25) I get an email saying they require a photograph of the shipping label (it was attached to the outside bag that was filthy and was thrown out), and photos of the full product with its size tag. There were no size tags! Does that mean they sent me used products? Also, email came from “Orla Support”. I do not think I will see a penny. I think this is a scam. I have never been asked to see a shipping label either.
