I never received my package I ordered. The two piece set featured on facebook. The gold or khaki shirt pants set. I ordered in July.

Only because there is no negative ⭐️. Ordered a phone case 5/4 and as of today 7/7/26 I still have not received it. Customer service is a waste of time. Always promising “It’s on it’s way” “Be Patient” “Awaiting signature” and last and finally “It was delivered 6/24” If I had further questions I should call the USPS and have them track the package with the provided Tracking number that Nocegood provided which was bogus as confirmed by the USPS. Of course they wait until the return period is maxed up so you can’t make a complaint. Stay clear of these idiots and don’t lose your money. They are from Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Quality of clothing is terrible and returns are impossible. At best I was offered a 30% refund as they would not allow the return of the items I purchased. And they couldn’t even get the refund correct. I have been refunded less than 15% of what I have paid and will now throw my purchases in the bin.

WARNING! This company is a scam Do not order anything from them. The cardigan I received was very low quality synthetic, but was advertised on their AI created website as a woollen cashmere, high end garment. Shipping took twice as long as indicated.

Shoes odered 10th February arrived 10th March very poor quality, not orthopedic, no arch support or shock absorption as advertised so disappointed. How can these companies use reputable companies like Pay pal to
sell such poor quality merchandise.

False advertising product not leather nothing like what was advertised very dissatisfied feel like it was taken advantage off.

Disgraceful quality and didn't receive what l ordered

I read these reviews too late :-( The "orthopedic" shoes I ordered are rubbish. No support and very cheaply made. I have asked for instructions on how to return them, but it sounds like I won't have much luck.

The items were small in size and poor quality. Unfortunately I thought I had buyer protection using Paypal and sadly they have let me down also.

No communication from Novigood for a month! Lost my $$ . How does the ACCC allow bogus sites to continue to operate.. Never purchase from this company.

They are a scammer webpage, they do not respond to return emails and their phone number is fake. They don't even have an ABN number listed on their webpage.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an "Ethan" linen jacket in large, having checked the sizing chart, but it is far too small. I have written three times to info at novigood over a period of 30 days without response.

This site is a "scam". I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in August at a cost of $106.20. When ordering an additional pair (that I did not want) was added to the order at a cost of $38. This pair was sent, but was too small. There is no response to emails to this company and the telephone number does not ring. I have never received the original order for shoes and am out of pocket for the amount of $106.20. Lodged a complaint with Paypal who contacted the company and they advised that the order was sent, so no refund was offered.

I purchased a dress online from Novigood which was too small and not suutable. I contacted Novigood muliple times via email with no reply. I even tried to phone Novigood only to learn the number was not available. Its been weeks of no response. I strongly recommend to steer clear of this company as they do not respond to action returns. I will never shop with them again.

Shoes broke after 2 weeks of occasional wear.

I purchased a jacked with fleece lining A$(125), waited for a month for it to arrive only to find it was nothing like the photo or what was advertised. The customer service line disconnects and emails weren't replied to. I was lucky that a bank dispute was successful so I've got my money back, but an overall underwhelming experience. I'd caution anyone not to buy from this place

I ordered what was meant to be a leather jacket. When I could not get in touch with Novigood by either email or phone (the number on the website is not in service) I assumed it was a scam. A parcel did eventually arrive, however, but the jacket is definitely not made from leather - it’s vinyl. Novigood is a scam.

I recently purchased 4 × Oliver™ - Comfort Stretch Pants in 4 different colours from Novigood.com for $79 each, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service.

First of all, the items I received are nothing like what was advertised on their online store. The quality is shockingly low and completely different from the photos shown on their website—clear false advertising.

Secondly, despite their return policy stating they accept returns if you’re not satisfied within 7 days, I have been waiting for more than a week and have received absolutely no response to my emails. Their policy also mentions that returns are processed within 7 working days, but they have failed to honor even this basic commitment.

This is unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and misleading advertising show that Novigood.com does not value its customers at all.

⚠️ I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will likely end up with low-quality products and no support if something goes wrong.

I regret trusting this store, and I hope others don’t make the same mistake I did.
