Purchased what was advertised as a cashmere cardigan, it was recycled polyester! They offered me a 10% discount? It is blatant false advertising, they apologised and said it was meant to say cashmere feel? It is still being sold as cashmere!! Do not buy from them!

Poor quality, poorly made & wrong colour. Website was easy enough to order from however once delivery arrived, the dress was nothing like what was pictured. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOVIGOOD.

I placed an order over a month ago for an upcoming event, and the status still hasn’t moved past “preparing to ship.” I’ve sent three emails to follow up, and not one has been answered. The complete lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly recommend others avoid the frustration.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this site. Bought a gorgeous looking dress for an upcoming wedding, the quality, description and colour was nothing like the image presented. Been trying to contact them but no reply…. Don’t know how to get my money back now. The ACCC needs to address customer concerns and ban sites like this

Ordered 3 items on line. They did arrive, but were such poor quality and colours were nothing like the pictures. Multiple emails to get a returns label went unanswered. Chinese company masquerading as a business in Melbourne, scamming customers.

Scammers ..in italy they call stile milano and is the same style and the IA signed as novigood they create a new web site everytime they are discovered..be careful

Disgusting company. They offer refunds and have a policy - but will not respond to any contacts. No email response - the phone number doesn’t work! The products are nothing like they look in the photos and the prices are a rip off!!!! Do not get caught like I did!

Scam, Scam, Scam. I have had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a dress which was poor quality and did not fit. However no response to my numerous emails for a return. The telephone number is fake and their 'store' is also fake. How can we get together on social media and expose this scam company? What can we do?

Ordered two dresses different sizes, never received them then received an email saying they are out of stock. However they still took the money out of my account.
Contacted number isn’t connected and don’t get any replies to any of the emails I have sent.
I have lodged a claim with me bank to try get my money back.
Don’t order from this website.

I ordered a pair of boots 2 months ago, haven’t received them. Have emailed and got no replies. Have no way of taking this further… wish I read the reviews before buying off this fake company. So annoyed

Their contact number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails.. do not purchase from this site.

Ordered 2 Kashmir jumpers complete rubbish when they arrived nothing like what was in the photos DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two clothes made from cotton and they send me…from China👎100%polyester.
The clothes were not here in 5 days,they came here very very late. And they offer me 70%for my next shopping there! I‘ sure I will not do this again…from sh…from China

Bought two Cashmere jumpers pictures looks nice but when you got the product it was terrible, they don't feel or look like Cashmere the colours are all faded and they're too small. I have tried to contact the company for a refund with know responce. I paid over $120 dollars very disappointed.

I bought a pair of sneakers very poor quality. They dont reply to emails and their phone number is fake. I disputed my transmission, now they have to deal with my bank. SCAMMERS

1 star is to much for this company. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is such a lie. Quality is crap and there back up service for returns is aporling. Be very careful if you purchase. $89 down the Drain and contacted PayPal and they will not approve claim as it has been to long in the process. That being I was waiting for a response/ acknowledgement from an email to Novigood. Maybe take out the ( vi ) in their company nameI Spells No good

I bought a jacket and the whole experience was seamless. From the easy checkout to the quick delivery, I felt well taken care of. Shoutout to the team at NOUVAR for making it so easy.

If there was no stars that’s what they would get ordered 3 pairs of orthopaedic shoes and only 2 pairs arrived and they were as flat as can be. Emailed about return and missing boots and no response. Total scam.
