I ordered two pairs of leather boots. I received two pairs of boots that are two sizes too small and yes you guessed it....they are not leather. I've sent an email to return, no response and phone number is fake.
Very disappointed 😞

Terrible experience with this company. There website says for returns you need to email them for return instructions however you receive no response from them despite follow ups

If I could give 0 stars I would. This site sells poor quality items and customer service is not responsive. Phone number on the website is not reachable and overall a scam site. Please avoid. Some of the items sold are even seconds and worn before.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots which were supposed to be leather and orthopedically designed, but the inner boots were flat as and only one pair was leather. I sent emails before delivery but received no replies. I don't even think there is a way of returning.

I ordered a pair of shoes, way too small and despite sending emails requesting return info and trying phone for customer care … no reply! It’s a scam!

I ordered goods before 2 June, and the payment was taken from my account immediately. Upon delivery on the 23rd of June, I have followed their instructions to return the sweaters I received. On the same day they arrived as they were not what they were stated as. They were advertised as cashmere but infact they are polyester, cheap, poorly made and ill fitting.
I have not heard from them. They would have been a good price for cashmere. They were advertised as such. They are 6 times the price for what they actually are.
The instructions for a refund were to email them at the email they designated within 7 days of receipt of goods and they would send me instructions as to were to send them. I would have to pay for return postage and they would refund the cost. I have not had an email from them.

Please report the issue to Shopify, and hopefully stop other people from being ripped off!

I ordered and did receive a pair of pants, however they are cheap quality and very small sizing. I have tried to return them for a refund or exchange by following their instructions but there has been no response to my email over three weeks ago and the contact number is not in use.

Shoes I ordered never arrived. They kept sending emails saying they were on the way to stall. Never got a refund

Ordered from a website that looked professionally and presented like an Australian company selling decent quality clothing.

Arrived weeks later in a package that clearly come from China. The quality was shocking, more like a nightie than a dress.

When trying to contact the seller for a few weeks now we got no reply. They simply ghost you once you've made a purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE / ONLINE STORE.

They advertise a cotton Boho dress but it is all polyester. They say they on the website they offer 14 day refund policy but when it comes to it they take no responsibility for false advertising and say returns go back to China but they cant guarantee that they will get it.they offer a partial refund instead of sending it back

Unfortunately- I was taken in by this bogus company too! Two outfits not even the same size or design. Poor quality sweatshop scam! We should all band together and expose this scammy company on current affair before anyone else gets caught out. They have gone silent when I asked for a refund, NO communication from them at all! I am taking the matter further these scamming companies are a threat to other online companies who are genuine.

Shocking products, badly made and nothing like what I ordered, nothing like what's on the photographs, and no way to return or get refund

I actually DID receive my goods however they were NEITHER Zara nor leather and they were too small. I'm usually a small to medium but got a large judt in case....the jackets are too small so ive wasted my money. I'm usually really careful but in a lapse of judgement I bought from this website....DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Scammers.....

Novigood is fake and sell rubbish. No labels on items. Made cheaply and ill fitting. DO NOT BUY. The phone number for customer service is fake. I am sick of been punked by chinese sweat shops!!!!!

The photo is completely different to the Item.

Also, it took 20 days to arrive. All in all, it is an extremely bad experience with this company.
