I purchased two casual sets before the holidays, took a month in half to receive one. Sent multiple emails informing them the second set was not included. Was sent generic email responses for over a month. They sent an email to provide a photo of packaging of the garment the package it was in, the packing slip which there wasn’t one and the mailer package. Sent all. I’ve asked for a credit to my account and still nothing. Do not purchase from them. They are thieves.

Totally False Description! The item description says, "Made from high-quality cotton for a soft and cozy feel." BEWARE: the Soft V-shape Lounge Set is 100% Polyester. I never would have purchased it, and the company continues to use this description despite 2 months of pointing it out to them. Obviously I will not further harm earth to mail the nasty stuff back to China. I just want them to fix their website. Avoid this company.

Buyers ABSOLUTELY BEWARE of this company and their fraudulent business practices. If you PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY- it's yours with NO real solution or resolution process for returns. They claim to have a return policy but it does not exist.

Fraudulent company. merchandise is very low quality and no one responds to emails for returns.

Pathetic excuse - didn’t even try to fulfill the order …. Nothing but generic “we are trying to be better emails” pissed off

I also wish I could give a zero. I placed my order on December 16th and on Jan. 7th (I still have the text so I can verify the date 100 percent) they sent me a text that my items shipped that day. When I finally received them (from China) a week or 8 days later the 2 cardigans which were described as “cashmere” are nothing more than some cheap material which is stiff and not the same shape as was in the photo and CERTAINLY NOT cashmere. The black (I ordered black and white in that style) cardigan was like a magnet for any lint or pet hair within 15 feet of it before ever being worn. It was a mess in 15 minutes and it took me almost a full lint and hair roller to get it off and had never bern worn only placed on a hanger from the shipping bag. I almost just threw it out before even wearing it but decided to give it to my Mother who has no pets and is in assisted living with no rugs. When I go see her next I wonder if it still attracted any piece of lint or hair around. It had a lot of static electricity which I think is due to the material. I also purchase a “fuzzy sweater” in white and they sent me it in black and it is paper thing and so cheap looking I wouldn’t even give it to Goodwill so it is going in the trash. I did get one pink cardigan with fake pearl buttons and although also absolutely not cashmere it looks pretty cute, is soft, and so far has not gotten static electricity. I also purchased some layering tops to wear under things. They seem fine and wearable and as expected and described. But the black and white cardigan were just a blatant lie and a terrible disappointment and will probably never be worn (definitely the black one will probably just get thrown out) plus the fact that it took them 3 weeks to send/ship them. I did not expect it would be a month before I received anything. Also the fact that they lied about the material is the most disappointing of all. Also there are NO labels on the inside of any of the clothing and no order slip or paperwork of any kind in the shipping bag. They are slick!! so their is no paper trail and so no way for me to return anything. I will not be ordering from Comfy Blouse ever again. But most likely if they continue to accumulate honest reviews like mine they will simply change their name instead of changing their deceptive sales techniques.

I ordered one set of pants on December 23 and received confirmation for one set. My card account was charged twice.! I was trying to rich company but its impossible even they said otherwise.
Its absolute scam co.
Do not buy from them!!!

We ordered matching pajamas for Christmas. We ordered them in November. As it got closer to Christmas I kept emailing them company and never received a response. I even emailed them trying to cancel the order and get my money back. Never got a response. The pajamas arrived after Christmas which by then we had no use for them. This company which had it's shipping times posted stated it would ship out and we would receive them in time. They still won't respond. Horrible customer service and company. DO NOT BUY from them.

Please do not buy, i just got my sweater. Definately not what I expected. DO NOT BUY. GARBAGE.

I would actually give 0 stars if that were an option, and wish I had thought to check the reviews prior to prior to ordering two hoodies that my daughter wanted for Christmas.
As others have indicated, the customer service is HORRIBLE, ie. non-existent. I reached out within 2 days of receiving my poor-quality items to request return labels to send the items back, and it took over 2weejs to receive an automated response, despite claims in their policy that they will respond within a couple of business days. I responded to that message, and have since reached out repeatedly, always receiving the exact same automated message and no other information. The company’s lack of regard for customers is absolutely shameful and actually quite criminal when it comes to stealing customer’s hard-earned money.
Learn from my mistake, do yourself a favour, and spend your money with a trustworthy, reputable seller.

Terrible quality sweatshirt and horrible customer service. Radio silence when I requested a return label. I only heard back after we had passed the 30-day period since purchase and returning was no longer an option. I very much regret having made a purcahse from My Comfy Blouse and I won't do it again.

Terrible scam company, item wasn’t what was advertised. Tried returning and they have quit responding to my emails. They need to be shut down

Place my order never received any information after that no tracking number customer service is very unprofessional. They say they aim to please customers which is totally false. I should have read these reviews before ordering. I Regret it very much. This will be the first and last time

SCAM. Radio silence when you try to obtain return instructions. The item itself is of the poorest quality but priced as if it is high end. Lost my hard earned money to a total scam - avoid them at all costs (to your bank balance!)

This company is a scam. I never received what I ordered and can’t get any response from the company. From here on I will only stick with retailers I know and trust. Lesson learned!

I should have read these before I ordered. Quality is poor, but the customer service has been horrendous. I have just given up after two weeks of trying to get a label a mailing address something where I could send them back and get a refund. Do not buy from this site.

Noooooo.... Don't do it! I received the item but it was junk and they won't respond to my emails for a return. I now have to dispute with my credit card.

I wish I could give a zero. Do not order from this company. Items are horrible quality, but what is worse is that you are unable to return or exchange. I’ve reached at over 15 times and no one responds. This company is a scam.
