Lauren is amazing!!!
Had an appointment in the Gloucester branch this morning to get new uniform for my daughter who is starting year 7. Lauren took care of us and was absolutely amazing. Very patient from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and my daughter was very much as ease with her. Nothing was too much.

Best Experience ever
I visited Monkhouse Chatham Dockyard, for the very first time. After circling 20 mins looking for parking due to Satnav mislead, I finally got there. I later learned from staff within that its best to use MnS for Sat Nav directions so you end up in the correct car park. Ok, finally got to the store. First I was greeted warmly by someone I think must have been shop manager and asked if I had booked an appointment. I hadnt and was already kicking myself for not having done as it had crossed my mind to do so earlier. I said No, feeling deflated with my little girl next to me. But, the lady's face lit up with a bright smile as she said, "never mind, we've got Sydney who can help you". Oh my word, Sydney! Where do I begin? Very welcoming, engaging, knowleadgeable, shares in decision making, friendly, made me feel like we'd known each other as childhood friends. I will need 365days to sum up my experience. So in summary Sydney U're SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Knowledgable and lovely
We visited the T’wells store to kit out my daughter ready for secondary school. Soon as we walked in Bella was ready to help us, her knowledge of what we needed for our school was great and she picked out the perfect sizes for my daughter by eye. Bella checked on how we were doing in the changing rooms and helped us gather all the items we wanted, she was super lovely and made the process enjoyable, positive and memorable. Only shame is that the shop fit is a little shabby and dated, but it’s also kind of lovely in a nostalgic kind of way!

Hollie in Cheltenham was super helpful
Hollie in Cheltenham was super helpful. She greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile and stayed with us, checking fit & going to look for alternative sizes. The 4 star review reflects store layout and lack of air conditioning NOT the staff service. The placement of the changing rooms by the tills, in a busy store, is not an ideal environment for children to have to open the door to show their parents how the uniform fits, with all those other people standing around. Its very crowded in layout of all the different uniform stock.

I arrived with my 11 year old daughter…
I arrived with my 11 year old daughter without an appointment,and we were quickly helped by the amazing lad Harry.
If he didn’t help us I would have been completely swamped,but instead I had the help to get the right sizes and correct equipment for my daughter.
It was upon checkout,that i was made aware that Harry was in his only second week of his job position,I thought he had been there for a while as he was brilliant with everything and helped so much. So thankyou to Harry,for making,what could have been,a nightmare journey,a swift and easy one,and also thankyou to the lovely girls on the cashier desk,you were all so lovely and polite!

Outstanding customer service
We visited the Chatham Dockside store to buy a school uniform for our child and were welcomed and assisted by Sonia. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, helping us find the perfect fit. Sonia also advised us on how many items we would need and recommended preparing for the winter term early, as stock tends to run low later in the year. Outstanding customer service and a great overall experience!

Staff very helpful
Molly at Cheltenham was extremely helpful. I was unable to enter the store due to the really poor quality lighting - it immediately triggered a migraine. However Molly came outside to help and she measured my daughter and provided me with all the measurements I needed, even though I did not have an appointment. Thank you for your help!
