We attended a school uniform…
We attended a school uniform appointment on Monday 3rd August with our son, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Oliver was absolutely fantastic—so attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the appointment.
Our son has sensitivities to certain clothing, but Oliver took the time to help him find items that he was comfortable wearing. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we were able to purchase everything we needed, as well as a few extra items to complete his school uniform.
Oliver made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, and understanding were greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!

Excellent customer service uniform shopping
I never leave reviews but just had to this time. I was dreading uniform shopping, had such a difficult experience last year !
But my visit to monkhouse in mold was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe who helped both my children get uniforms and made the visit really enjoyable. Thanks Chloe 😄

Sizing and finding uniform

Cinta was great at the Cheltenham branch today!
Cinta was incredibly helpful at the Cheltenham branch today! We didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit us in and she displayed great customer service. She made my daughter feel confident in her new uniform and was super helpful in finding the right sizes for her!

Fantastic customer service with Hugh at the Tunbridge Wells store
Had a fabulous experience in the Tunbridge Wells branch. We were lucky enough to have Hugh, who was an absolute god send as we were starting from scratch and needed both summer and winter uniforms. He was so patient with us and guided us through exactly what we needed. Was great with my nine year old that was feeling overwhelmed and fantastic with 2 parents who had no idea what to do/get. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even though it meant kept running up and downstairs for different sizes and products. Exceptional customer service. Thanks Hugh!

Super helpful Maisie
Popped into the Swindon store today and was served my the smiley and helpful Maisie. She was knowledgeable about what stock and location of what they had available and encouraged my children to try on different sizes while also returning the unneeded items. Staff were uninterested- don’t bother going to shop
Staff were uninterested - poor service and no apology or offer to help with ordering online despite I was trying to order on my phone in store and the website kept chucking me out. Very reminiscent of the sketch ‘ computer says no’
