Complete Stairlift services, including installation, removal & servicing. We are extremely proud to be able to offer same-day installation should you require it. Meaning as soon as you are ready, so are we. We carry the parts including the bends we need for almost every stair configuration and build your stairlift bespoke to your Staircase. After talking with your dedicated agent to answer any questions and talk through the process we will conduct a home visit to suit you, with our Mobility First Expert Installer. We encourage you to invite anyone you would like to be a part of the decision, such as family members or friends. If you decide to go ahead that day, we’ll be able to install your lift that very same day. We will never apply any pressure, we appreciate it is a big decision and none of our conversations or visits carry any obligation, this is our guarantee to you.

Excellent product and service
Great service from this brilliant business! Would highly recommend!
My fathers health declined suddenly and from the friendly customer service team to the expert installer they were not only very accommodating to our needs but very considerate too. My father loves the stairlift and his only regret is he never got mobility first in sooner!

Just amazing! from
Start to finish, we were completely reassured about everything.
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team. I can not recommend them enough. They have made mine and my mums life so much better through not having to worry about my mum climbing the stairs. From calling late Thursday afternoon, Mike arrived promptly Friday morning and fitted my mums new lovely stair lift. We are extremely pleased with everything and did not feel pressured at all. We were reassured from the start that it would be on our time scale if and when we wanted to go ahead and that when we were ready, so would they be. Thank you so much once again!

Fantastic!!!
Having spoke to several well known companies providing stairlifts, Mobility first was the obvious choice! They were highly accommodating and from start to finish they applied no pressure on us and were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the most reasonably priced! Mike done such a wonderful job installing the stairlift, not only was he very knowledgeable on the stairlifts he was respectful of our home too.
Cannot recommend this company enough!

Life Changing
We had been thinking about getting a chair lift put in for some time. We were introduced to Mobility First and from the initial conversation through to completion, they have been amazing. It has immediately changed our lives and we are no longer worried about having to negotiate the stairs when going out or getting the shopping up stairs. Excellent quotes compared to others we received as well.

Fantastic service!! Carly helped and advised me whilst I was dealing with a sensitive situation and arranged to have my stairlift removed within several hours. Mike came to remove the stairlift and was professional and polite. Lovely to deal with a company who care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile! Couldn’t recommend enough!
