My stairliftt stopped working and Halton Stairlifts sent the engineers the same day. They worked well together and the problem was quickly sorted out. Both men were friendly and helpful.

Julie came today to conduct a quote for a stair lift. She was very professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable regarding all products. It was a pleasure meeting her today. All aspects of dealing with this company and purchasing a stairlift, have been positive and easy to do.

Very prompt response and appointment scheduled following initial enquiry. Everything was explained in detail by Geoff the representative that called. Installation date was agreed during this appointment so we knew there would be no delay in waiting for an installation date to be confirmed. Kane that came to undertake the installation was extremely helpful going above and beyond the service expected and thoroughly explained how the stairlift was to be used once installed. He was extremely tidy whilst undertaking the installation and removed any items that were not needed.

Stair lift fitted today. Happy with the service. The fitter Stuart was patient and kind when he fitted the stair lift.

My elderly parents had two stair lifts fitted last year and the year before. While purchasing they were told we buy these back if you don’t ever need them. That was a total lie.My step dad passed away unexpectedly so mum needed to go in a care home I contacted them for buy back Even though they fitted them they needed photos of them the seats the rails up and down view. All done through some link. This had to be two separate ones.
Within no time I had a reply. No we will not buy these back and we will charge £790 to remove them. That was a shock. I messaged back stating my displeasure about this and also to refund the tow service packages which has also been taken out at the sam stone as purchase. Someone called me he tried to go over the same thing again stating they were not buying these back! They already knew which ones they had so I have no idea why they made me photo them. Then he told me that the service contract (2 year ones) couldn’t be refunded as a service had been carried out.
If ever asked by anyone about this company I will tell them to never use them. You do not know what is around the corner go with a company that will really help you if needed

I called the office on Thursday to get a quote for a stairlift for my mother and Julie came today (Saturday) to give us a quote. We were very happy with the quote and the stairlift and decided to buy it from this reputable company. Julie was very professional and compassionate with my mother and gave us great advice and options. Would really recommend this company

Today I called Halton Stairlifts to come and repair my stair lift. I felt that the call out charge was a bit pricey but I was truly happy the engineer was able to come out today. The engineer who came out is called Richard, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it all within 15 minutes. I was Impressed and really happy with the repair.

Just had our stair lift installed this morning, the guy was friendly, polite and exceptionally polite. He checked everything, made sure we knew all the operating controls and explained all the additional information. All together an easy time.

From 1st consultation to fitting everything was well explained and friendly and professional kane the engineer/fitter was wonderful really friendly,job completed quickly showed us how to use chair made it very simple also very patient as helped with email regarding paperwork a credit to the team

I had a wonderful service, first was Kevin to discuss my needs and take measurements, then James who fitted the lift both very professional and true gentlemen.
