What an amazing company
What an amazing company.
Our Mum has terminal cancer and been in a hospice for just over 2 weeks, but unfortunately her mobility is much worse and living in a house there is no way she could get up and down the stairs.
I only rung a couple of days ago with an enquiry about installing a stairlift, the people I spoke to over the telephone were very helpful, told me the cost as well which I appreciated. Made arrangements for Mark Harty to call at Mums on Friday which he did promptly. Lovely guy went through everything, answered our questions quickly too.
Stairlift to be fitted next Thursday.

We telephoned customer service yesterday, they were very helpful and said an engineer would be there tomorrow.
The engineer came at 11:45 as we were told, he was very polite and friendly . He found what the problem was and rectified it with no problem.
He then showed us the piece that was causing the problem, then he asked my wife to try the stairlift. It was running smoothly and without any issues, so a big thank you to all the people who helped . Much appreciated

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! We recently had a stairlift fitted for my mum, and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.
Mark, who came out to discuss the stairlift, was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process really easy.
Michael, the engineer who fitted it, was brilliant too. He was professional, tidy, extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. He left everything clean and tidy, which was really appreciated.
The price was very good compared with other companies we looked at, and they also offer a great recommendation scheme, which is an added bonus.
Most importantly, my mum now has a stairlift that makes life so much easier and gives us all a bit more peace of mind.
A fantastic company, lovely people and excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
