Mint Outdoor Omdömen

Fab quality furniture and amazing pricing !!! Highly recommend 👌
Looks beautiful on my patio

Find it strange that Mint have received 35 4 or 5 star reviews (around 13% of there reviews ever!) in the last 4 days, particularly after a run of negative reviews. I can only say that my experience has been very poor. Like many others they’ve pushed delivery dates back with no communication. Was told in May after complaining via email that my furniture would arrive next week, I have zero hope and am very close to cancelling all together. If there’s a legitimate reason (strait of Hormous seems to have been pulled out a few times) why not email people with a warning and realistic timings rather than leave everyone in the dark. Very poor but happy to rectify my review if I actually get my furniture next week!

UPDATE: I did receive my furniture last week. It’s great quality and I’m very happy with it so I’ve changed my rating. However, my comments on communication still stand and the delivery company dumped the boxes at my door without ringing the door bell so if I were Mint I’d have a word.

Love the furniture. It is sturdy , comfy and looks lovely.
Delivery was great, the lads were polite and happy to carry the boxes out the back garden for me.
Overall happy with the price and quality. Next time I may be tempted add the charge for assembly to make it completely smooth.

Easy to order, great communication from placing order to delivery.

The Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge Set is a lovely patio set and excellent value for money. It was a little tricky to put together and took some time, but once assembled it looks fantastic and feels sturdy and comfortable.

The included cover is a great bonus and helps keep everything protected. We're really pleased with the quality for the price. Now we're just waiting for the English summer to arrive so we can make full use of it!

Highly recommended.

I was worried due to the delay in the Strait. But only delayed couple of weeks - pleased with garden sofa and table. Delivery fine and communication with delay etc was really good. Like that you pay deposit then balance. Would use again.

I would highly recommend the Palma Grey Lounge Set for its comfort, appearance and quality. The set arrived well-packaged, within the expected timeframe, with clear communication throughout. The seating is excellent, with thick supportive cushions, overall great value for money, I’m delighted.

Fantastic value outdoor furniture. Although the wait was nearly 2 months, it was worth it as the furniture is spot on. Fantastic quality and customer care. Great communications from the customer service team.

Cannot wait to spend the summer in the garden now.

Our outdoor furniture was delivered quickly, it was easy to assemble, and very comfortable. It is good quality and I would thoroughly recommend Mint for outdoor furniture.

Excellent service from MINT Outdoor, easy ordering process and even though delivery said 5-10 days, I got a call to say that they had cancellation and delivery window just opened and had it delivered 2 days after ordering. We arranged alternative delivery since I was working all day and they delivered safely with no damage. Product itself looks great and is super comfy with thicker pillows. Putting it together was not an issue since the instructions provided were clear. All in all, well done Mint Outdoor.

We spent some while researching and looking around for a garden furniture set that was both good value and good quality - Mint Outdoor met both these requirements! The communication and delivery updates were timely and informative and the delivery team were polite, quick and efficient. We are very happy with our Palma Grey Corner Rattan Set so if you are in market for an elegant, affordable garden furniture then look no further!

Very happy with my garden furniture. Fantastic value. Updates came through about shipping and delivery regularly.
Would definitely use Mint again.

Lovely furniture, very solid and great quality.

Good communication from Mint and a quality item

We bought a 6 seat Stockholm outdoor set with table. Ordering was easy and, with a hefty promotional discount attached, the price was very very good. Delivery was well communicated with a call about 1 hour before arrival. The boxes were put where requested in the garage ready for construction. The build was straightforward enough - just remember to do as they suggest and only tighten the bolts to 50% initially until you match all the holes as they need a wiggle occasionally to hit. The result looks very nice, fits perfectly in the space we have (qudos to the measurers - us 😁) and has been admired by neighbours already. Only issue we had for the loss of 1 mark was the promised delivery time wasn't adhered to and I had to chase 4 times using the AI chatbot to get a date. Also sent 3 emails. Never had any replies bar the last one to say it was on its way.
Nice cheap outdoor furniture that looks better than the cost but Mint need better customer service for any issues/questions after ordering.
*Update* We had an issue with one of the seat pieces snapping and to be fair to Mint they sent a replacement within 2 weeks of requesting. Really impressive after sales. All done online too.

Despite the unprecedented delay, when we challenged and explained our predicament, they went over and above to speed up delivery and ensure it arrived on time for our event

I am really happy with my purchase
The set it super comfortable I was able to put it together on my own and the company kept me updated at all stages. There was a delay with delivery due to the war but the updated me all the way. Great service and quality products would definitely recommend

I purchased the Palma set in grey. Very well made furniture and easy to assemble.

I placed my order, dropped them an email around the time I was expecting delivery, they responded immediately and the furniture arrived the following week - seemless process Mint, other retailers could learn a lot from you 👏🏼

Well informed on my delivery even with a slight delay due to shipping issues. Well worth the money and easy to build very comfortable pleased with the whole experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t be happier with the MINT Outdoor Stockholm 6 Seater Rattan Furniture Set. From the moment it arrived, the quality exceeded my expectations. The rattan finish looks stylish and premium, while the overall design adds a modern, elegant feel to our garden.

The seating is incredibly comfortable, with thick cushions that make it just as enjoyable for relaxing with a coffee as it is for hosting friends and family. The corner sofa provides plenty of space for six people, and the dining table is the perfect size for outdoor meals and entertaining.

Assembly was straightforward, and once built, the set felt sturdy and well-made. I was particularly impressed by how versatile it is – it works equally well as a lounge area and a dining space. The removable cushion covers are a great practical feature, making it easy to keep everything looking fresh and clean.

For the price, this set offers exceptional value. It looks far more expensive than it is and has completely transformed our outdoor space. I’ve received so many compliments from visitors already. If you’re looking for a comfortable, attractive, and durable garden furniture set, I would highly recommend the MINT Outdoor Stockholm 6 Seater Rattan Furniture Set. A fantastic purchase that I’m sure we’ll enjoy for years to come.

Recieved my Stockholm garden furniture within 10 working days as promised! The delivery company were fab and called me first on day of delivery.
The hubby said it was easy to put together and I'm honestly thrilled with it, looks stunning 😍 Thanks MINT I won't hesitate to order from them again!
