So happy with my furniture from MINT OUTDOORS ordered in March recieved May 28th just in time for a few days of sun the company cares alot about their customers they kept me updated from ordering to it arriving,the delivery date and estimated time of arrival is sent by text which I had to agree to if it was suitable for me.When the day came for my delivery the logistics team rang when closer to my home to say they would be with me within the hour they were brilliant friendly and took care when taking my furniture off the van and placing it in my chosen spot.We were not disappointed when we opened our order of the Palma 9 seater it was good quality and sturdy once put together cushions are really thick and it is so comfortable, we bought the cover which was really good quality and has kept the furniture dry in this horrible rainy weather.The instructions helped us put the furniture together took 2 of us with the seating as some big pieces but my husband managed the stools and table himself apart from lifting the glass table top.I really recommend this furniture and company the service is second to none.

I received my order. It was slightly delayed due to shipping problems, but I received updates regularly without having to ask for them. The quality of the garden furniture is great and it was very simple to put together.

Lovely furniture, very happy! We’ve already been sitting outside eating our dinner as a family at the seating area when we’ve had lovely weather, i’ve also ordered the shower proof cover for it

Very pleased with the furniture we ordered. Seems to be good quality, relatively easy to put together, looks great and came with bespoke covers to protect it. We were kept well informed along the way regarding progress of our delivery. We'd be happy to recommend Mint.

Thank you very much for my full 9 pieces outside set, with cushion box and parasol. I wasn’t sure what I expected when I placed the order but hoped it would be great quality, the wait was a bit longer than expected due to worldly disorder! However when it arrived, that carrier was in contact and great with my request of where to leave the delivery. When we unboxed and built the order it did not take long, easy and simple. And wow what lovely quality and comfortable outdoor seating! All round amazing experience. I recommend Minty Outdoors to everyone who comments on how nice our outside area looks. Thanks you

I was shopping around online for some high-quality but competitively priced garden furniture, and found the Stockholm range at MINT.

Really pleased with the ease of purchase, speed of delivery and quality of the furniture! It took us 1.5hrs to build the whole set as novice DIYers, and all tools were included. Would recommend!

I don't normally write reviews but I'll make an exception here in saying how delighted I am with my Palma Grey Rattan Garden Lounge Set and Cover Bundle. It was delivered in the projected time window by a friendly and efficient delivery team. The product itself? Looks fantastic and at such a great price too. Everyone who's seen it sitting on my large decked area has been so impressed. I highly recommend Mint Outdoors.

Delivered on the day specified. Good communication through out the purchase, giving updates to order and delivery. Furniture is lovely, though a bit time consuming to put together and a some minor adjustments needed but once made is very comfortable fits perfectly in the space we have. Very pleased with the price we paid in the sale. Cusions are a good thickness as advertised and it looks true to the pictures seen online.

We are super happy with our garden furniture from Mint Outdoor. It was also great value for money and as a result I did have some concerns about the product's quality, but I shouldn't have worried: the furniture is well built and looks brilliant. While there was a long lead time between order and delivery, this was made clear from the outset and communications with Mint were great throughout, especially when it came to delivery.

Lovely furniture that was good value for money. Arrived well packed and on time and was easy to put together. Would definitely recommend.

Good delivery I was messaged prior to delivery with date and estimated time of arrival. I was also informed on the day of delivery and contacted by the driver 30 minutes before arriving.
furniture is beautiful. I manged to put it together myself but took a few hours instructions were not clear but I manged to work it out myself with some good tips from the driver. Lovely quality cushions. very comfortable. very pleased.

Shocking customer service, ordered on 27th April and still no sign of delivery or even any email response regarding this as of today 9th June regarding delivery after paying in full. No idea what's going on or if this is really a real company.

Purchased the Marbella lounge set from mint outdoor furniture. Furniture came within three weeks, but when assembled the package for the cover set was missing the cover for the chair. I tried to contact customer services via the AI chat with no response, phoned customer services with no answer. Have emailed customer services with photos attached of the issue to request them to send me a cover for the chair but again still no response. Customer Service is shocking / nonexistent.

It seems they only want to respond after you have placed an order with them to acknowledge your order and that’s it.

If you have purchased a garden set from mint outdoor furniture with no issues, very well done, if you do have any issues with the furniture or covers good luck in trying to get it resolved as this company works in the shadows.

Placed order, initial delivery date was missed but tracking still stated it was going to be delivered. I emailed which has never been answered, I used Facebook messenger which was answered after 24 hours. After checking they dispatched a replacement which took another 10 days to deliver. When it finally arrived the stitching was terrible and looked like someone had ripped alternative branding badges off. After only 3 weeks the stitching has ripped meaning that it isnt protecting the furniture. Ive asked for a replacement but no answer

We ordered the Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge Set and Cover Bundle on April 7th. The order arrived minus the cover. Since then I was told the cover had arrived on May 25th into the warehouse, and that I'd be contacted to arrange its delivery. I've heard nothing since and MINT no longer respond to emails. I used their AI "Chat" function which would not provide a contact number for the company.

My advice would be to avoid this company.

At the beginning of April we purchased the Stockholm Chaise Lounge set with covers. The set arrived a couple of weeks later but with the wrong covers. After numerous emails with "Gwen" I was asked to supply pictures. I then received a call from one of the customer support staff who agreed they were the wrong covers and would re order, these would arrive in May. At the end of the 3rd week in May I tried to contact customer services for an update. Again more emails to "Gwen" and asking for someone to respond. I received an email saying sorry you should have been updated but I will chase this up. In fairness I received an email stating the covers were on the way. We received them on 29th May. Unfortunately they were
the wrong covers again. The chair and table covers are fine but the covers for the corner pieces are way to big. I should have complained again but I really didn't want the hassle. We love the set but the experience with the covers has been disappointing. The problem is you cannot speak to anyone in customer services when they call you it is on a withheld number

The stockholm corner unit is very nice. Super quick delivery But unfortunalely the protection cover was missing from the order, after a few emails and fllling in complaints forms Mint outdoor took a while to respond so I was unsure if they had recieved my contact, but eventually they did reply to reasure my the cover would follow as was delayed.
