Fast efficient service. Product (18mm hardwood plywood) was cut to exact size and delivered within 2 days. Customer service was excellent with personal, competent, helpful communication with REAL humans! Highly recommended!

Unreliable and false expectations
Unreliable and false
Didn’t turn up for scheduled delivery which was already at 4 days after order was placed. They then could not tell me where or when the order may arrive. Asked for a refund and was refused. Failed to arrive the second date I was scheduled. At this point I just needed to get the material from somewhere else. Was still refused a refund. They scheduled delivery in a third time of which they then tried to can cancel until a had to yet again call them. Finally arrived over a week late. Have then had to chase the delivery charge they said they would refund. The whole process cost me loss of earnings and made me look unreliable to the client.
Need to improve on having clearer delivery schedules received the day before delivery and not let you know mid morning on the day. And need to change their website which advertises delivery within 3 days as they are not able to guarantee this due to their poor set up with the delivery team.

Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long, message me say order is ready and will be delivered next day, then on the morning of delivery you get a message saying your order is not ready, took over a week to get my boards, not professional and made me look bad to my customer, as I told them it’s being delivered tomorrow then it’s not, wasted my time and made me and my company look bad 🙁

Good service the wood accurately cut, I like how the corners and edges are protected and you have good delivery drivers, the driver that delivered my wood was most helpful as my wife was accepting the delivery. I would recommend you especially someone who has not got the space and means to cut wood.
