Good service
After 10+ years, I needed a new mattress. The product I wanted recommended that it shouldn't be used with slats with large gaps - guess what my bed frame has.
Save buying a new base/frame, the DIY solution was to have some 3mm MDF cut to size to be laid over the slats. After research, MDF Direct provided the best value quotation, cut to the exact size I needed without restrictions, all with a reasonable shipping cost.
Enna provided multiple updates regarding the order, including any possible delays (which in the end did not occur). The driver arrived on time and was courteous. The order was wrapped appropriately and was to exact specification.
A good experience overall - I would recommend the company.

12 month review!
I’ve been using MDF Direct for around 12 months, mainly dealing with Irish (who has beeb superb). Products have been as excepted, high quality and the few minor issues I’ve had (damaged sheets have been dealt with professionally and quickly. I am pleased to say, great service delivered on time as agreed. Highly recommend.

Ordered some materials for working away
Ordered some materials for a working away job, in advance so they would arrive without issue.
They emailed a day or so later to say there was an issue with the suppliers and it would be delayed.
I emailed back with my concerns about the order not being delivered in time for the job.
However they emailed me back to say the items have been allocated for my job and will be delivered within the correct time scale.
They were delivered by the driver without issue, as I wasn't able to be available for the delivery the driver managed to leave them on the premises outside but went above and beyond to make sure they were all covered over & elevated off the ground so they didn't get damaged by the rain or moisture

Great service and great product
I am not a frequent user of MDF Direct and by no means was my order a large one. But the were excellent event for my small order. Their attention to detail on the cutting of the piece I needed, their contact with me to check which way I wanted the grain to run on the veneer, and their speedy dispatch of the perfect fit piece I needed was superb. To cap it all the delivery driver was very helpful indeed -- and working late into the afternoon/early evening to ensure I received my piece on the day promised.

I would give them 10 STARS out of 5. I was very worried about not meeting my requirements, specifically the MCF oak finish panels for the shelving of our new boutique. I started to search on Google and found a few others. it was a bit overwhelming to choose the RIGHT one but I did eventually. They are VERY GOOD, friendly and helpful, and prompt in reply. But, the most important part IS THEIR prices are THE BEST AMONGST ALL OTHERS, and the quality, including the edging, is PERFECT. I would recommend anyone

Don't order from this company unless you have a long time to wait. I don't believe the 5 star reviews are real as the level of service I have received is appalling. Not only have I not received my order I placed a week ago I have no idea when it will arrive. The customer service team are based in another country so have no idea what's going on.
I don't understand what the issue is with ordering a cut to size piece of wood. I also had a lot of issues with Cut My.
