Happy ending to a difficult start
My order got lost in the mail. I contacted Mavolla, and they immediately investigated the issue and sent a new package 24 hrs later. I was impressed by how quickly they reacted to solve my problem. The jewelry I ordered seems to be good quality and are exactly as pictured on the site. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Sizing is off
Sizing is off. Despite being my ring size, the ones I received are too small. Quality seems cheap. Bought under the receive free hoops scheme and didn't get them. If i would add to cart, they were always charged. Didn't find a code to input and they didn't come anyway.

I am sorry to hear that the rings are too small. We have a handy sizing guide on our website that should help you with selecting the correct ring size. Did you use this? It might be the case that due to warm weather your hands swell up a bit and that might cause the rings to be too small.
As for the free hoops, something must have gone wrong here.

not the best quality
not the best quality. gold accessories look too yellow for my taste and they’re very light so they don’t feel the best quality to be honest. one pair of earrings was a bit stained. I wouldn’t order again.

After Initial Bumps and Frustration, all was well.
Well there were alot of hiccups in the delivery. My package got lost in the way the first time with no way to track it as parcel was really small. Then Mavolla was nice enough to send another package and it reached me in a matter of few days. Again a ring came damaged possibly in transit. Mavolla also reimbursed me right away. Jewellery also looks solid and high quality. I can't attest to anti tarnishing as I haven't used it for long now.
Plus points: Amazing customer service, high quality jewelry, grat packaging, amazing designs.
Negative point: delivery process, waiting times due to that.

I would like to say that I bought a ring that got a splinter in the plating, 2 days after I received. It took a little bit to connect with the brand. However they got back to me, presenting solutions for the situation, and processing that solution ASAP. Making them a honest and ethical brand that, acts accordingly with the values that they present.

Compras online que no defraudan
Todo el proceso de compra muy seguro y eficaz, la entrega en un tiempo correcto, el producto (unos pendientes) como me los esperaba correspondiente a las imagenes. El unico defecto que les encuentro por eso he dado 4 estrellas y no 5 es que resultan algo pesados así que no los llevaría puestos todo el día.
