I ordered necklaces from them, but my package never arrived. They said there was a theft in their warehouse and that they would refund my money. However, the money was never returned to my account, and they are not responding to emails. TERRIBLE.

The necklaces themselves are lovely and well made. However I was very disappointed in the way they arrived.

I ordered 3 necklaces and they all came in 1 box and thrown in to the same pouch together. It took me a good 15 mins to untangle them for eachother. They were not individually wrapped, or did not have any kind of display card.

I bought these as bridesmaids jewellery but cannot gift them as is. I will have to purchase a box or something for each now. Qish I could attach a picture.

If I was purchasing jewellery for myself I'd may buy from here again. But for a gift I would not.

I keep emailing you where my order is and that I didn’t receive it. At least if I could track it but didn’t work either and you wouldn’t respond.

Thank you for the beautiful jewelry. My experience with Mavolla so far has been very good. The jewelry arrived in good condition, undamaged, and beautifully packaged. The delivery time was as stated. I will definitely order more pieces for the summer time. I recommend and thank you.

The jewellery that arrived (a pair of hoop earrings and a pearl choker necklace ordered together with a heart pendant) looks pretty solid. The jewellery was packed in a delicate pouch in a box, which I appreciate. Mavolla added a gift to my order - a pair of small hoops - which was very nice.

The only downside was the waiting time, as Mavolla contacted me to inform me that the pearl necklace I ordered was not in stock, which was quite unpleasantly surprising. Nevertheless, I reached an agreement with Mavolla on a solution, and the order eventually arrived.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the order, despite the mentioned complication. The customer service is okay, it takes longer to get a response, but from my experience, Mavolla is trying to solve any concerns, even though it takes time.

Everything I ordered was delivered in a nice packaging and in super reasonnable timing.
The earings have not tarnished despite wearing them in the shower everyday !

Little yellow flag : One of the earings closing clip is really light and it fell a few times.
