Received flat curb chain bracelet and necklace last year(2024) as a christmas gift. I started wearing the bracelet in August only to take it off after 2 months of wearing it. The bracelet has begun to discolor and leave a green ring around my wrist. I’ve worn the necklace once and refuse to wear so it does not discolor and leave a green ring around my neck.

Paid 150$ for a bracelet that broke the first time I wore it. So let me start by saying terrible quality, they make it look good but quality is horrible. Then I contacted customer service who was quick to apologize and quickly offered me a replacement free of charge. I never received a replacement and told them I wanted a refund instead because I didn’t want another cheap bracelet and they stopped replying to me afterwards. It’s been 5 months now so I think it’s safe to say I was scammed. Buyers beware

My bracelet is falling apart I have been emailing for 2 week no reply ?
Numerous attempts and no response from their customer care team. Returned an item due to poor quality and it not being as I expected. I have had no response or refund from this appalling company in over a month.
I placed an order on 6th July that was due to arrive 10th July. It didn’t and not heard a thing since. Have contacted via messenger and sent 3 emails with no replies. Will be doing a chargeback from my bank and not ordering from this company again.

Thanks a lot for the amazing and most stylish bracelets, the customer service are really great.
I had only in issue related to delivery I made order around 4-5 Feb 2024, I made the order and it should be delivered to Varna Bulgaria, and after it arrived to Sofia stayed for one week their , without knowing what issue after get message from local company here about my shipment , and found out I have taxes to be paid so that I can receive it , and also expense fee plus customs fee around 60 euros, the company named intime was so helpful and solved for me all of this and their customer service team was very professional, it would be better for next orders shipped to Bulgaria, that additional cost to added or know before making order so everything be paid in advance and no need for 1 week delay.

I love this company and have place multiple ordered over the last 5 or so years, but this experience wasn't the best.
I put an order in on Saturday expecting a Monday dispatch for a birthday later this week.
The estimated delivery date was 10th-11th Dec which of course is an estimate and this may not happen. However after multiple contacts it has only managed to be dispatched Wednesday close of play.
I contacted the company through their own contact form (having no contact number to ring isn' good enough in my opinion) and I also sent a message on Instagram hoping that may be a bit speedier.
The websites tracking option sends you a link to your email which when used just brings you to a page which has your order summary, with no tracking details whatsoever.
Updated to 4 stars as they have now been in touch and dispatched the item however if dispatch delays are expected this estimated delivery should reflect this or at least show a warning. It was dispatched on the last day of the estimated delivery so the birthday present will now be late but at least it is on its way!

Avoid Northskull at All Costs – A Disgraceful Experience
On 03/12/2024, I purchased an ID tag necklace directly from the Northskull website and promptly received a confirmation email estimating delivery within 2 days. However, things quickly went downhill.
After several days with no updates and my order still listed as “processing,” I submitted a query through the website. When I received no response, I sent a follow-up email on 09/12/2024, still with no acknowledgment.
Finally, on 11/12/2024, I received a reply apologizing for delays, citing a "Christmas rush," and assuring me I’d get a dispatch email within a couple of days. On the same day, I updated my original review with the following:
"Made a purchase through the Northskull website and received an email with my expected delivery date. 1 week later and no updates, I have tried to contact them through various emails and platforms and haven’t received anything back even to confirm they have my request. With no product, I can’t say if it’s good quality, but I would avoid purchasing directly—maybe an order through one of their retailers would be handled better."
On 18/12/2024, I received an email informing me that the item I’d ordered had actually gone out of stock before I purchased it! I replied immediately to ask when the product would be back in stock.
By 23/12/2024, Northskull and I agreed to cancel the order and process a refund. Despite this agreement, I received no further communication from them.
Fast forward to 10/01/2025, and I still haven’t received my refund or any notification of a canceled order. I’ve now had to pause the transaction through Klarna while they attempt to contact Northskull—a process I doubt will succeed, given the company’s blatant disregard for customer service and accountability.
It’s worth noting that Northskull’s problems go beyond their poor customer service. A quick search reveals issues with their accounts.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Northskull at all costs.

The customer service is horrible. The size of their clothing is totally off. I ordered two 3xl jacketed and they both fit more like a large (let me be clear that I have an issue with BOTH jackets). Also ordered a necklace and had to wait close to 3 weeks (and several unanswered emails) just to find out that the item was not available. I would avoid this company at all cost! Also, the fact that I would be required to pay shipping in order to return both jackets for a store credit is unacceptable, especially when I've already experienced issues ordering other items. Guess I'm stuck with two jackets and out the money paid. Again, do yourself a favor and AVOID at all cost! And please stop with the condescending replies...you have my money, there is no need to insult me any further.

Funnily enough it was trustpilot that prompted me to see what's new with Northskull and then I decided to buy a new bracelet lol love their products and their customer service team are really honest and helpful.

My previous 1* review was 'removed' by Trustpilot after Northskull refused to address the issue. (The Old review pasted at the bottom) This *new experience confirming and justifying my 1* ratings.
The previous 'Review' was removed by request of Northskull as the 'experience' wasnt within Trust pilots 12month window even after i was asked to verify the experience. However was still a valid experience with the brand, with receipts, invoices, pictures and correspondance confirmed by the company.
After confiming all of the above, there was push back on 'what was agreed' - i was told i would receive a new set of rosary when they were produced again, and as they were 'not reproduced' the company does not owe me anything. And the initial voucher that was provided was sufficent as far as the company was concerned. There was a discrepency between what i paid in my previous review experience and what they had given me, so they offered me the difference and no other option, after i refused they tried to remove the review. The difference was £25. After the review was blocked i took the voucher as i had no other choice.
NEW EXPERIENCE:
I used the Voucher to purchase some Sunglasses (BLACK CAPRI SUNGLASSES - CODE: 51S1556), upon arrival, Item arrived in its box, i opened the box, a leather casing was inside, open the leather casing - inside was a set of sunglasses, part of the packaging was missing, eg covering one of the sunglasses arms for protection, i open the sunglasses and they are bent, upon closer inspection i noticed a metallic item in the case that had come away from the hinge of the glasses, essentially being damaged.
I emailed in response to previous correspondance on the 17th Feb explaining the issue along with pictures of the issue, to which i receive...again...no response - Ignored.

Its a shame i have to resort to writing negative reviews, especially for a brand i really liked, however i have tried to rectify this and feel let down, I have been purchasing Northskull products since 2016...
In Nov 2019 i purchased: "Black Swarovski Crystal & Gunmetal Skull Rosary Necklace", Unfortunatly, the item was such bad quality / weak, the item broke within the first week of wearing.
I complained to northskull, to which they responded and we reached an agreement, Offering the following: £200 voucher refund plus a set of replacement beads / necklace when this comes back in stock. This was in June 2020. I received the voucher, but have not heard back since regarding replacement necklace.
Since, i have enquired numerous times to try and close this issue, i received one response from customer service upon opening a ticket via the website in June 2022. response: "Thank you for your email. We will look into this come back to you
about this matter in due course. Jonathan"
Since i have emailed back twice and not recieved any response. Im hoping this review will generate some action.

By reading their response, they have totally overlooked the issue of said 'code' being used to purchase a new item (Capri Sunglasses). Which arrived damaged, and this new review is a completely new experience, to which i received no response when i emailed them about the issue regarding the damaged sunglasses. The old review regarding the rosary beads was shared here as it was also a valid correspondance / experience.

Ordered a bracelet but after a week, it had not turned up. Very swift reply to my enquiry and bracelet was sent same day, arriving the next day. Very happy with both the service and the bracelet, it’s beautiful 🤩

Very good customer service. The bracelet I wanted wasn't available anymore in my size (none of the bracelets). The Customer Care Team came up with another idea: another bracelet with an additional ring clasp to lengthen it.
Then also I placed another order the day before and payed shipping fees. But the Customer Care Team combined that order with my new order and refunded the extra shipping fee!
