Unwearable cuffs
The jewellery is lovely but I bought cuffs 2 for me and 2 for a friend. Neither of us can get them on without a lot of pain and when they are on they're painful. They've got no give at all and weirdly the returns policy says no returns on cuffs, even though they're not piercings. I queried it and got a pretty useless answer saying there are photos of the cuffs on ears. I have tiny ears for reference. It's annoying because neither of us can wear them. My friend is asking her husband to open hers up more with pliers but that will distort the shape. 🤷🏻♀️. So not a great experience at all.

Perfect customer service
When I received my order, I realised that the rings I had ordered by carefully measuring my finger size with the indications did not fit me at all. What's more, the average pair of hoop earrings seemed really small compared to my expectations. But the quality is pretty good. I was worried that exchanging my jewellery would be really long and complicated, but customer service is really very responsive and accommodating. All the return costs, including delivery, were offered to me. Thank you so much!

Amazing quality and excellent customer service
Mavola has beautifully designed jewelries. They spell quality from the packaging to the actual product itself. They also have an excellent customer service. I initially received a faulty item and upon contacting their customer service they gave me gift card to purchase a new one as a replacement which arrived really quick considering it came all the way from the Netherlands to the UK. Thank you so much again, will definitely buy loads from your website.
