Shoes were exactly as described. Really nice custom product. Great customer service. I will definitely order from Mattbcustoms again.

The service was quick and the staff were friendly. My daughter had her name printed on new air force ones which looked amazing. Unfortunately the prints began lifting/peeling away from the shoe after 2 wears. Gutted as they looked really cool at first but I didn’t expect the prints to start falling apart so soon.

Matt was extremely responsive and helpful through my initial Q&A all the way through to fulfillment, including shipping, navigating customs from UK to the U.S., etc. He acquired the shoes on my behalf in my size and then applied his unique and amazing design to the product. They were delivered in a very prompt manner and 100% to the quality level I was looking for.

I popped into the Trafford centre and knew I wanted some custom lace locks as I had seen Matt’s store on a previous visit. I was served by a lovely lady named Bella, she ran me through their fonts and symbols etc and it was so easy to navigate and purchase. I went and got some other bits while I waited and it only took about 20 minutes to do.

I’m so happy with them and the price was great. I’m now I’m looking to fully kit myself out with some charms and laces for my new shoes.

I felt a little bit anxious to approach at first but my experience was 10/10 and I’d happily go into the store again.

We received these as a thank-you gift from the partners of Workday. They were great looking. People have asked since Rising 2025, 'Where did I get these shoes?' and I have gladly told them. I'm actually looking into another item for a Christmas present.

I’m an older dude at 53. I’ve only recently got into collecting sneakers and anything from MattB is a must have!!! I plan on buying more for sure!!

My daughter lived her personalised school bag.
Service was very good, team were polite and helpful, they also rushed our order through even though they were busy as we needed it for school.
Although they didn’t have the colour my daughter really wanted they do have a good selection of choices and range.

Beautiful shoes when they finally turned up the 1st time then done a 7 day order and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the 2nd pair I ordered.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across literally no reply. Definitely will not be ordering from them again because of this.

I have ordered 3 pairs of trainers and never had any issues, I missed some information off on a custom order and support helped out massively and resolved the issue quickly. I have also enquired about another pair of custom shoes and the support team for that part was completely honestly. They said that they couldn’t make them and listed the reason why, instead of just saying yes and taking the money.

Overall great experience from order to delivery. Great communication on order and shipping. Shoes could not have turned out better - exactly as I had hoped! Can’t wait to show them off. Thank you!

I unfortunately have to write this review to showcase the lack of value MattB customs appears to have for customers. I confirmed via email that my sneakers could be completed in the 3 week time frame I had. I sent a detailed email on my sneaker design right after someone from MattB responded that they will be able to complete the project in the alloted time frame. Then…nothing. No communication for over 1 week even though I sent multiple emails requesting an update. I finally get a response 6 days before I need my sneakers simply stating they have been moving studio spaces so things have been hectic and they had to prioritize OTHER customers instead. In the email they also attempted to skew the timeline even though every communication is clearly saved in emails. I am now left with no way to have my sneakers done for my husbands 40th birthday since they have left me with only 6 days. Very disappointing.

Update: It is not surprising that in the response MattB customs is again changing the timeline to fit their narrative. They failed to mention that I received an email from them on 4/15 stating it was possible to complete my project “depending on my design.” So I sent them a very detailed email with my design idea the same day. The reason I sent this 2nd email to confirm that the project was possible was precisely because 4 weeks had passed since my initial contact. When MattB responded 5 days later that it was possible I stopped searching for alternatives to get my sneakers done. And that is when they ghosted me until I received an email stating it was no longer possible for them.

When a company fails to deliver it is very disappointing. But a company that then tries to gaslight, change facts to fit their timeline, AND fails to take accountability, says a whole other thing about its values

Best pair of customs I have ever ordered. Masters version J1’s. Detail is perfect. Will order more.
