If possible I'd give more than 5 iv had trainers through the team for a few years now being a 4th pair I expected the normal wow factor but as always takes that expectation and SMASHED IT!! I had some brand shoes done and there wasn't a customization I asked for that wasn't completed with style and beyond matt has been doing this for year you can tell its second nature his ability to view the shoes and match your expectation is meer artistic I can't thank these guys for every pair theyv done and look forward to what comes next do not hesitate for the best customs in Europe and potentially globally!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible service and product.

I Wanted a custom pair of shoes and so I paid for the Design service and it was a awesome experience and service going back and forward with them creating the shoes i wanted. When i saw the first Renders they where amazing and made a few adjustments and I went ahead with it.
I was skeptical as to weather it would look as good as the renders as they are hand painted but they look as good if not better!!

The shoe craftsmanship is great, but the customer service and satisfaction goes above and beyond. They still care about you after your order and make things right if something went wrong. Great company and product. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It's only not a 5 star because the daps weren't exactly as advertised but after i emailed they explained the situation. Great product regardless 👌🏼

Bought the Nike Air Force 1 Gucci Customs, gorgeous shoes, and the pictures on the website barely encapsulate the time and effort that must be put in by his team.
Credits to the team for their communications, customer service and overall decency when dealing with me - truly impressed. It's a rare find these days, but in this small niche you will not be disappointed.
100% recommend for anyone.

Very fast response time and easy to work with. Needed these shoes within 2 weeks and even though the original pair was lost, they made up for it within the timeframe we needed!

The trainers MattB Customs have done for me are awesome. They are a suprise for my future wife on our wedding evening ceremony, and i am sure she will love them. There was a few issues when they 1st turned up but the way it was delt with was spot on. I will happily use them again if/when i would like something customised.

Are you mad? All I can say is if you’re thinking about it do it! You will not be disappointed. I can’t say anything bad about these guys made me a custom 1 of 1 shoe to mark me winning a bugzy Malone chain and did a great job I will be back! When I have new ideas 💡, as for price I would love to loan but I can’t. The shoe it’s self is about 150+ charged £390 all in and honestly bargain. The little touches Matt custom paper.. and the metal lace think.. but still provided the original nike ones. Thank you Matt

Running a great business involves trying to always get things right, but also handling things when they go wrong. My first pair of shoes had a couple issues, and Matt was incredibly calm, approachable and thoughtful about getting it fixed. In this case, he was able to take them back and make the necessary adjustments, proving that he stands behind the quality and workmanship of his products.
