Returned a pair of shoes due to…
Returned a pair of shoes due to incorrect size. Replacement of 7.5uk confirmed. Heard nothing and message this morning no longer have the 7.5uk size in stock however did on the return. This was my 6th order with cleens. No value, also to add my first two pairs both damaged and they did replace extremely quick! Great customer service as a first time customer however soon as you are hooked it quickly disappears. Will not be returning to this brand in the future.

Well it’s been over a week for delivery when you said next day delivery and still haven’t had no update so need the change the next day delivery as it’s not true as I still haven’t received my shoes yet

Terrible experience I bought the aero…
Terrible experience I bought the aero runner onyx in black they arrived and I immediately noticed that the suede was very damaged as they were already damaged the suede spray and brush I usually used just made matters worse. Very disappointed threw them in the charity bin the next day.
