the sizing was off
the sizing was off. not only did i have to pay to have it shipped to me, i had to pay to return it even though i wanted to keep the trainers but the sizing was off. really disappointed

For future orders please be sure to check out our size chart on our website for exact insole measurements and size conversions.
Skates fit snug so we advise sizing up half a size.
Icon run large so we advise taking half a size down.
Layup and OneSixty Runners run larger so we advise to take a full size down.
All other styles fit true to size so stick to your usual.
We do offer free returns for exchanges or store credit.

Great quality products at reasonable prices and customer service 5stars! Clothing and footwear range in the now and relevant. Had small Issue with free delivery code but purchased anyway and customer service refunded the postage costs. Class and understanding!

Inconsistant sizing
Although the product is ok, its constantly frustrating that sizing is so erratic for the same style trainers, I am fed up with ordering and then having to spend time and money returning products for a different size. Cleens need to sort out consistency of sizing, I have raised this point before but customer services don't appear interested.

I tried to order a pair over 15 times and the order keeps getting canceled. I reached out to customer service numerous times with no response. I have never seen a company work this hard to not make a sale.
