Absolutely terrible service from…

Absolutely terrible service from Cleens. I came across an advertisement on Instagram and thought their designs were very nice. I ordered Layup Viper, they arrived slightly worn and a little big so I requested an exchange. The second pair came again slightly worn and not brand new. The person I was speaking to on Instagram apologised advising this is not a common thing and offered to make things right. I reluctantly requested another exchange for the same size now ensuring it was a brand new pair. The third and final pair came slightly worn. Great designs, appalling service and quality.

Cleens - Amazing

Cleens. Amazing. I feel like I have to write this review as not only do I love the shoes they offer, with amazing style and comfort, the customer service is extraordinarily good.

I had a small issue that was resolved with fantastic customer service, with their customer service team replying super quick on every message.

Couldn’t say a bad word, will definitely be buying from Cleens again as many friends of mine have.

Upon looking into this further I can see that you have been in contact with our CS team regarding this matter.

As confirmed via email, unfortunately this order has been lost in transit due to an issue in the courier network.

We are ever so sorry for any inconvenience caused here.

Sadly, this item is now out of stock in your preferred size so we would be unable to dispatch a replacement order.

In order for us to put this right for you as soon as possible, please kindly respond to our email at your earliest convenience to confirm if you would like to receive replacement of a different style or size and we can get this sorted for you as a priority.

Shade cost loyalty!

Been a customer from the beginning! Have over 10 pairs of there shoes! Shared a statement on there instagram about how every company is doing the same thing! Which I’m in agreeance too then posts a pic of a shoe that’s similar to what they already have. I made a suggestion of material/colour swap and got a reply of “nah” then blocked!! Shocking to be honest and won’t buy again! Current trainers, some that are still boxed are now on vinted! Lost a real loyal customer all for a shaded response which they probably thought was funny!

Trainers are nice but it’s the second time I have bought from you and on Both times I ordered paid for next day delivery in time for me to go away and they haven’t arrived next day as stated so not too impressed with your delivery

the sizing was off

the sizing was off. not only did i have to pay to have it shipped to me, i had to pay to return it even though i wanted to keep the trainers but the sizing was off. really disappointed

For future orders please be sure to check out our size chart on our website for exact insole measurements and size conversions.

Skates fit snug so we advise sizing up half a size.
Icon run large so we advise taking half a size down.
Layup and OneSixty Runners run larger so we advise to take a full size down.
All other styles fit true to size so stick to your usual.

We do offer free returns for exchanges or store credit.
