I bid on an item and win then it comes up outbid. This has happen several times. I have bought many items on macbid some good, but most have damage, missing parts and the worst the item is not in the box it was an old, rusted pan. They do not reply to emails. Done with macbid !

Do not use Mac Bid. I was unable to pick up an item I bid for at $44. With all the additional fees it came to around $58. They refunded me only $19, meaning they took $39. When I went to go pick up the item they told me they no longer had it. So they made money off of another customer and charged me a restock fee of $25 for something that never left the shelf and in addition to all the fees it totaled $39. This is 100% fraud. Use Nellis Auction. Mac bid is greedy and don’t deserve to be in business.

Stay away from this company. The hooks that these are items that have been returned or liquidated. Wrong! I ended up with a filthy air fryer that should be thrown out instead this company sells it.

When you bid on things, some of them just disappear. Funny not, they are giving them to whom ever they know. I have done this long enough to know they are full of it. Company started out ok, then down hill. Wake up and see what’s happening.

Be careful with mac.bid! I've recently purchased 3 items labeled "like new" and all 3 don't work. I would expect it with "open box" items but I try to steer clear from open box for that reason. Multiple times now I've gotten "like new" items that don't work. Just be careful - especially with anything electronic.

The app has been glitchy for a while.
It appears they've done an update. App went from not great to terrible. Things just pop up, hard to set max bid and the entire screen is very cluttered now.
I love the way Mac shopping works, but I will be done until changes are made to the app.

It is like a casino, they don't lose. I bought a transfer pump that was broken, a taco circulator pump that looks like it was 10 years old, corroded and motor locked up, watts regulating valve that had mineral scale in it indicating it was used for a long time also broken. I bid on a led light and had the winning bid when the time ran out and the auction closed I did not get it. The ad says open box, it was opened when the original buyer took the new item out and replaced it with the old broken one they had and returned it to the vendor. I will never buy anything from them again.

1st item purchased was disgustingly dirty, missing key parts to operate, and sold like new! 2nd item was decent. i was a 50/50 so, i thought i would try 1 more time & place an order for a camera in like new condition. it doesnt come with the battery, the memory card or the cable, so i hopped on amazon & ordered them....put them in & the went to power it on, and it says the camera lens is obstructed error and powers off. I am done with this company. people think they are getting baragains, but are you? just used broken items that people sent back

I purchased items equaling around $40 an apparently I won the bid. I never received an email stating that I won the bid nor did I receive receive the email stating when to pick up my items. But the email that I did get was the email stating that I was being charged for a restocking fee I was given an email to get in touch with them but kept getting mailer demos that the email address was incorrect so even on the site email is incorrect. So guys don’t get scammed there not like they use to be. Once was a great place to purchase now scammers.

The actual employees at physical locations are wonderful, this is a review for their “customer service”. The lady who took my call was extremely rude, unprofessional and tried telling me I wasn’t the account holder because of my name. ( my name is Christie Cothran and I’m the 4th male with the name Christie in my family) I enjoy using the app but MAC.BID needs to seriously consider revamping their customer service system because they will lose a lot of loyal customers. Completely disgusted with how there service is

There is something very fishy going on here and a MacBids in general. Please be very wary and stay away. Notice my screenshot showing I won these actions ( i notived Trustpilot doesnt have photos). At times I even had a Max Bid still in place when I won. I circled the bids and max bids in red and underlined the notice “Auction Is Closed” four time in a row. I complained, and of course, they tried to place the blame on me. The picture does not lie but MacBids does lie. They will not admit their system is messed up and broken. Could even be crooked. I thought this happened in the past, so this time I was ready with a screenshot. MacBid will not make it right for me. Be very leery of crooks.

They confiscated my items because the Store closed before its normal operating hours and expected me to know from a sign that they hang on their doors! Like I live right in front of their doos which will led me know their updated office hours. I was in front if the store around 3:30! No update on website office hours, no email notifications nothing! There is not even an office number easily accessible to ask store hours. Ridiculous business mentality horrible customer service at the location! Reporting this nonsense on BBB (Better Business Bureau) as well.

There is a certain amount of risk when you buy returns. However a recent interaction has ended this relationship. I won a bid and was supposed to pick the item up on Dec. 31. I went to pick up the item and the had closed 3 hours early I attempted to place the item on hold and received a notification that my item had been restocked. Called on the 2nd the first available day of what they call customer service and was told they had sent out the hours on the 30th. I searched the emails and there was no notification. That is not the worst of it. The idiot I spoke to was rude , disrespectful and didn’t treat me like a customer he treated me like I owed him something. If your looking to get ripped off and give your money away then do business with mac bid. You might win a few good deals but in the end they are always stealing from you. It is not their intention to be fair. In the 68 deals I allegedly won 40% were junk. If your looking to save money this is not the place to do it.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude customer service. I went to pick up an item on the 31st of Dec. At 3:45. Got there and myself and about a dozen others were greeted to a note on the door saying they closed at 3pm. It's not a holiday. There was not an email or anything on the site that said they would be closing early. I asked if I could still pick up my items. He said Absolutely not. That I forfeited my items,and the notice was on social media. Not everyone goes on their social media site. He said they had a discussion this morning. January2ND. And said, they will not be issuing any kind of refunds to anybody. And basically just said I was out of luck.

So I fully understand the concept of mac bids you get a chance to buy stuff at a discount but at the risk of damaged or missing parts. What I can't accept is the fact that you bid on a item and you get a totally different item then they basically say f off

This company m@c. bid is a joke. Anyone that buys this sent back ,refunded , missing part, junk from this company is a joke. JUST GO BUY FROM THE STORE WITH A WARRANTY OR RECEIPT!!!! That way you know what you ate getting. Too many bad experiences with these rejects.DONT BID ON THIS SITE. THIS IS YOUR FAIR WARING!!!!!!!!

I saw a high priced medicine cabinet on there, Ibid on it and won. I drove an hour each way to pick it up. Brought it inside realized it wasn't the item that was described. So I drove another hour up and back fro them to tell me it was mislabeled! And on top of it, it may take 2 weeks for my refund to show up! Screw this place! Never again! 4 hours of my life I will never get back. This place is a rinky dinky joke!

At the Schertz Texas location I attempted to pick up my winnings, of course I was late and they were closing but a very lovely employee by the name of Absedy, immediately upon seeing my distress and the fact that I am on oxygen, quickly and graciously found my items and then loaded them in my car.. She is an exemplary employee and should be rewarded.

Bought several like new items only to find out they were broken. Bought other items that looked like they had been used for a year. I won't buy any high end products because more than likely there broken.

I traveled 2 hours to pick up the product I bought at the auction and they gave me a completely different one, much cheaper and of very poor quality. They leave you waiting a long time standing outside. For them it was very easy to say "we made a mistake" I'm going to give you your money back.
