I was unfamiliar with this site. I made a purchase but it wasn’t until after I paid for it that I understood that I only had 3 days to pick it up. It explains that if you cannot make the date just place a hold on it. When I tried to do that I was it with a $10 non refundable fee.
This is an unethical practice. Rules are displayed after purchase. Also, if you want to return there is a 25% restocking fee. I say avoid this site. NELLIS auction is much more customer friendly and these rules don’t exist there.

The staff a mac bid in Anderson is friendly and always willing to help one lady inperticular Ms. Shon always greet you with a smile on here face when it's time to check out and very speedy about the process of getting you check out.

Missing parts, item does not look like picture. Picture shows a runner instead I get 2 pieces of fake rug. I have had too many bad experiences and think it will be the last time doing this.

This is apparently a fraudulent business. They post a picture of the item which is just a stock photo. if nothing is in the box shame on you. Buy from legitimate places, not mac bid

Won 2 bids, placed a hold for extra time to pick up which web site showed, never received the hold time, charged 10 for a one day delay in payment.

I really needed to use the restroom quickly since I was there awhile alone pushing my things and loading. But when I asked the gent way in the back by them he Said "Have you asked the guy in charge way in the front, so there i went back to ask. When I got to KJ in the front. He said to me "We don't DO that Anymore" so I told him id used them once before and it was fine. He said No again Rudely, so i walked away dismissed as he looked down to his work so I asked him for his name. He said KJ but then added "READ THE SIGN, IT'S RIGHT THERE" rudely again. I said okay. I don't understand why now they say No so Bluntly and callous without even a second thought. Especially since I know it was okay ONCE before Only in ask these times i shop here. If you have a huge warehouse that we need to gather ALL ITEMS PURCHASED we might occasionally need to pee. :( what's the harm in using them???? I'm sure it's not like tons of people asking and why aren't we able to use it ANYWAY since we have to manually retrieve all our items ourselves, haul them, and pack them items into our vehicles too. I'm sure if we need to ASK to use the restroom it's because we REALLY NEED TO GO. I was actually going to stay and bid on More items that I was interested in, but had to leave. Can't they just be nice and check restrooms after we go if they Don't Trust Us. I guess they're not required to have Restrooms or care either!!

For the most part, macbid is awesome for buying or bidding on products hoping to get it for a decent price. Downside is, is they don't seem to care to check products and or detail the product so if you don't pay even more money for insurance, ur purchase is your luck so if you buy a tv for $300 and it's not detailed that's there's cracks or any other mis functions described in the details, your stuck with it. Ive gotten so many products that didn't work or came with missing parts because they couldn't let customers know all details. Very disappointing. I'm not gonna sit and bid 100s of dollars on products then pay for insurance on all products because they can't or won't label in descriptions correctly. It's Russian Roulette. That's why I've calmed down bidding because this is how they make their money. I like Mac bid but they want you to pay for everything and extra. Just wish they would be honest and also check what their trying to let people bid on.

Only a 50/50 chance of getting a functional product. Crushed boxes stacked haphazardly throughout their NLV warehouse. I suspect the same is true at other locations. Very few carts to retrieve your purchase so bring your own. Handicap parking just two stalls. Only one checkout person means very long lines. I like bargains but this isn’t it!

I won a bid on a bathroom vanity, the pictures showed the top to be perfect. I go to pick it up and it was laying on it's side and the counter top was smashed to pieces. They gave me a refund but I was out the vanity, the hour it took to drive there and my gas. Look at the site now, type in refrigerator. Not one name brand one there! This is just a junk site. Buyer beware most of their like new is just junk no one else wants, from what the people that work there have told me they have about 30 seconds to evaluate the item and move on. I have cancelled my membership and hope to never deal with this place again!

Fun at first. And then, literally - every single item inoperable/unusable. Literally trash.

Maybe this happened to you too. You bid $1 on an item. You watch the clock tick down to 00. It appears that you won the item but it does pop up with you WON about a minute later it shows you lost the item. No other bidder was shown and you were never given an opportunity to outbid the mysterious bidder. This has happened twice to me. Someone is cheating the system and bidding after the item has ended.

You cheat people, I read other reviews, alot of people agree. You guys rip people off, but like alot of others, feel ripped off. I signed up for there memberships, after I stopped using it January. They are still taking it we called they didn't resolve nothing. Maybe get better staff. Starting at top

Just terrible !! beyond words.
I forgot to pick up an item by mistake since I had a few and they just restocked it without letting me know and when I call back, they said that they cannot do anything about it. No refund no apologies for not letting me know that it was not picked up.

This place is a rip off,,won a bid on a70$ set of 4 craw space jacks ,(like new) got home open the taped up box,,it was a little bottle jack, worth less than what my bid was, called macbid they said we can't do anything because you did not get the insurance... even if I had gotten the insurance I would still be out the money I paid for insurance, they should not put it on line if it is not what you are bidding on , like the bait and switch..miss representation

First time bidding. The price on Amazon for idem was $10.00 less then they advertised. Horrible 1st time experience. Checked out the idem day before. Bided on the XAMMATTS 16" misting fan. Won bid. Opened the box there and the fan blade plastic where broken. Talked with Manager Joel. He was rude. Would not really look at the idem. I never left the warehouse. He said keep it or we charge you the insurance of $7.98. I asked how he come up with it he said do you want this and an email gets send to you. No receipt. I was tired like dirt. Never will I do bussiness with this rip off company. MAC.BID is a brand of Liquidation. com. They have a phone #412-200-5207 in Pennsylvania, of course voice-mail. Many wholesalers buy there outbid the everyday folks and then inflated the $ on FB or EBay.
Beware of MAC.Bid they let you inspect however if it is broken they charge you high Insurance. Others in the store said a lot of broken items. Wanted to take a Pic of the broken fan but was denied. With all the added on fees you do NOT get a true bargain. They charge your credit card right when you win your bid. I will contact the CO Attorney General for consumer protection and let them know how this bussiness is shady. Will file a complaint for misleading and fraud. 800-222-4444 inspect it the day prior and then the same idem is broken when you win the bid the next day.
This company is well aware they are selling broken idems and missing parts on many idems. You inspect it befor bidding and when you pick it up it's broken. Rip off 101

I purchased a heat press on MacBid. It said open box and I have gotten other open box items that were great but when I opened this it was obviously dented on the top. It did not work .We live 45 miles from MacBid so I emailed the help desk as instructed on their website. I sent 2 emails a week apart but never got a reply.
Today we drove back up to show it to them and see if we could get a refund. They said it was too many days past!! They did not care that I followed the instructions on their website or that I live in another city. They wouldn’t even look at the item!
Needless to say I deleted their app!

MAC Bid has been a disappointing experience. I understand auctions come with risk, but it feels very deceptive when damage is intentionally hidden in the listing photos. The pictures are clearly taken in ways that avoid showing cracked, broken, or heavily worn areas of the item. What arrives often does not match the impression given online. Buyers should expect some uncertainty at auctions, but they should still be able to trust that listings honestly show the condition of the product. I would be very cautious before bidding here again.

Bought many items here with no problems. Today purchased a Little home safe. Looked at it at the warehouse look fine. He at home take it out. There are no keys and no way to open it. Sell me a $50 some dollar item. I can't even use such garbage

Broken stuff away never give money back this place is a scam

I had many good experiences with winning I need items. Some good some ntlot so good. The last item I won, was described blatantly incorrectly, as a cordless vacuum, however when I got it home it was not this was certainly false advertising. Support told me it was my fault for not looking at it prior to leaving the warehouse. So if they are OK with their employees partaking in false advertisement then I will never trust anything the item's state
