Excellent facilities, delightfully helpful welcome from staff. Lovely location.

Lovely house and beautiful view from the lounge area. Bedrooms are quite small and the bedroom with en-suite has a smell of damp.

The location of the house nestled in front of a large lake complete with swans, cygnets, herons was amazing
The house is large and the hot tub is a welcome addition after a long walk

Stunning house with everything one would need.

We were provided with the wrong postcode for the address by the company. I only noticed the week before the booking by chance… had a stressful time rearranging private chef and shopping deliveries. No compensation from a ‘luxury’ brand. They also mixed up our payments, saying we had paid the balance when we hadn’t. Be wary.

Super experience and house , great location and services

The only thing would be to consider putting something on the lounge windows as they where so clean several members of the party bumped into them .

We had a lovely 4 night break. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, light and fantastic views. Very quiet and relaxing just what we all needed. We couldnt fault a thing.

Warren Cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Gemma was excellent and helped me find properties that allowed 3 dogs. Sadly one of our dogs has died and she again helped alter the booking. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Loved the location and the overall idea that this Terraced almost back to back house was a luxury Cottage.
It is not a luxury Cottage it is a nice Terraced house.
The house was in fact dirty and lacking in fixtures and fittings that could be associated with the word luxury.

Philippa was an amazing host. The cottage was lovely, especially the hot tub! And there are some nice local pubs too.

Quiet and lovely place, everything we wanted but the two most surprising things were the swimming pool and the glorious gardens. Gorgeous. Staff super too.

So easy to book very helpful staff. Had 2 attempts to pay but got there after contacting staff. Cottage super couldn’t fault it.

Absolutely perfect setting very private and peaceful. The cows were a pleasant morning wake up call. Facilities are everything you need with the added bonus of the farm shop which was ideal.
Couldn’t recommend this enough.

I am really pleased we found Luxury Cottages. Using their site we found the perfect treehouse for our mini-moon. They arranged some treats for us on arrival and it was lovely to have that extra "wow" factor.

We couldn't have asked for a better start to our married life. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay, thoroughly recommend - hot tub was a great addition! The small attention to detail of having quality made products enhanced the experience
The only things to mention was we couldn’t see the pizza peel and borrowed next doors, also we would of used more cleaning products such as being able to clean the bbq a bit better after use, therefore recommend the company make available a few extra bits for cleaning - cloths, etc, otherwise a perfect stay and would very happily return in the future.

Everything was perfect just like home from home Jane has extremely high standards Also lovely touches fresh flowers home made cake chocolates and much more Stunning views from Orchard too

Great landscapes and beaches

Everything at the cottage was well thought out. The attention to detail is incredible. Everything has been so well thought through, excellent quality furniture and utensils.
We are a family of 6 adults (4in their 20’s & 2 in our 50s) and dogs. We went to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We used all the facilities, particularly enjoying the games room, bbq & outside kitchen area. They even bought us a birthday cake and champagne to help us celebrate.
The views are stunning. Such an easy place to just chill out. The doggies had a great time playing in the beautiful garden. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be returning.
