I booked super last minute and could get a pitch!

When calling upon arrival Steve was super helpful and with where the best places to park were to see the sea views, and advise where to park to avoid being bogged down in the field.

Hard standing and several fields available, with only costing £7.50 per night!! Absolute bargain.

Woke up with a beautiful sunrise, seaviews and a coffee, with quiet of nature around me.

All necessary details were clear with prices. Easy to navigate website. Easy to book. Loads of relevant info for each campsite so they are easy to compare. Really good to use

A lovely spacious site surrounded by fields. So much wildlife. My Merlin bird app has been busy identifying the birds.
There is a pub/restaurant within walking distance. This site gets a big thumbs up. Dan.

Easy booking process

Huge campsite, with plenty of room… lovely welcome from the guys on the entrance…. Stunning view of the harbour walls stretching all the way to Sandsend… only negative is, it is high up and a windy site

Fantastic site... our No.1 go to site when looking for a new location to visit. Loads of info and pics of prospective sites. Great VFM. 10/10

Easy and clear booking system.

Pitchup charged £60 more than if I had gone directly to the campsites website. I understand a small admin charge but £60 is extortionate when all they have done is provide my details which I could have done easily myself. Will not use again.

There's something about this website I enjoy returning to - maybe it's the details provided, or the layout of the pages. I feel they offer good value sites and plenty of choice usually

Pool is brilliant not over crowded just right, the pod is clean perfect for little get away for small family and the views are beautiful, park on site is pretty cool for the kids little shop lovely staff really friendly and helpful
The pool only has one changing room for females and one changing room for males but it’s been wonderful weekend away our son has loved it 🥰

Everything fine, easy to do but wanted to spread the balance remaining over a period of time prior to arrival. There was no flexibility to pay the balance in smaller amounts. This is something I have done with many other trips in the uk and abroad. They then told me to ask the owner of the holiday accommodation which I did which caused a lot of unhappiness and stress. Don't see the problem with leaving the payment option as zero so an amount can be typed in. Some people don't have a large amount of spare cash all at once where option to pay the balance by a date would take the stress of paying a large amount on an exact date away. I know if it was any earlier in the month I wouldn't of been able to go on with the booking because the money would not have been in the account.
