A wonderful stay at the Unique Luxury Tractor Shed property
The owner was very hands on and Luxury Cottages always offer a friendly efficient service
Would certainly visit again and use Luxury Cottages

Fantastic property and is exactly as advertised. Extremely well presented and clean (although outdoor cooking area needed a little attention before use) .Great facilities which kept the family well entertained especially as the Easter weather wasn’t too kind at times. Very nice setting and property has fantastic views. It is quite remote which can be good if you like watching the starts at night, but means that you have to drive everywhere (nearest shop is about 1/2hr away by car). Roads around felt too narrow and dangerous for a casual walk. The driveway is shared with the adjacent property but this was empty during our stay so no privacy issues. Really struggled with electric car charging as facilities in the region are very poor and reliance on the car is high due to the distances. Perhaps the only criticism of the property is that it has no dedicated electric car charging (even if paid for separately based on use) as this would have made the stay less stressful and day trips easier to manage.

We had a fabulous stay for our Sons Wedding at Alrewas Hayes. The houses accomodation was magnificent for us to be able to host the Groom, Groomsmen and partners - we could not have asked for more. It was comfort and luxury personified.
The house was brilliant for activities in a lovely setting. The surrounding area is very pretty with local canal walks and a nearby local pub.
We cannot recommend Sandy Hill Farm highly enough.
The house was spotlessly clean and had every thing we needed.
Correspondence, directions and how to use the house were all very clear and the owners kindly accommodated our requests - all in all a fantastic experience.

Lovely large property with stunning views , very clean and warm.
There are 1 jacuzzi, but we didn't use them.
They were a lovwly temperature though.

Mill house was the perfect home away from home, excellent family space and outdoor facilities. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, the fire pit and flying kites in the beautifully sculpted outdoor areas. The host was fully accomodating and has done a fantastic job of ensuring everything has been thought of for a perfect stay.

As usual a great service from luxury cottages. This was our second time using them and I am sure not our last.

Lovely large well equipped property
We were a family of 11 & had plenty of space. The heated swimming pool & hot tub were well used by us all, as was the tennis court. Larged manicured gardens with parking for 6 vehicles was excellent.
The host Gillie was most helpful.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property.

Wonderful house, fabulous location, well organised and everything you could need. So close to the beach and easy walks to some brilliant local restaurants.

Little Haven cottage provided our family with the perfect accommodation and location The house was very clean and well equipped and provided everything that we needed
The booking process was very straightforward and staff on the phone were extremely helpful and friendly
Our only thoughts for the future would be that some of the rugs were a little worn and potentially trip hazards, the electric oven was too small to cater for 10 people and the ARGA too complex with timing etc
My husband would have appreciated a hand rail on one side of the front steps to aid mobility
The swimming pool was unusable on the day we arrived but was cleaned and prepped later the following day rd

Nice quiet location with a good local pub 20 minutes walk/ 5 minute drive away. Good sized kitchen and welcome pack included. Easy to find and access the property. Well cleaned

It was very easy to organise. Communication was excellent from start to finish with all queries responded to very quickly.

Great use of hot tub & sauna.

A lovely couple of nights stay. Very cosy with the log burner and boy did we need it after experiencing all 4 seasons in one day. The hot tub was great but did have an issue getting upto temperature but with a quick phone call we had Steve come to our aid and sorted it out aswell as stock us up with wood to keep us warm all night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it's so peaceful and a great way to unwind and forget about the stress of day to day life. My only issue would be the water pressure out the shower but it's not something that would stop me returning.
