This property is not only beautiful and very well equipped it is very comfortable. Close to Pubs and Restaurants and a handy village store.
It is a 20 minute walk to the beach but a free car park almost opposite if you a a member of the national trust. We had a wonderful week at Weatherstone House. Thank you to the owners who have made it home from home but with the eye of an interior designer ❤️

Truly wonderful stay at the Old Vicarage for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Perfect for all ages. The grandchildren aged 7-16 had a brilliant time using the cinema room, games room and hot tub. Beautiful decor and very comfy beds. Phil was extremely helpful.

Easy process and good communications

Service was excellent from first booking and paying deposit to taking the holiday. The accommodation was excellent. Exactly as described and more and Phil the owner gave first class service for our stay explaining the various features in the property.

The Cottage was in an ideal position. Sea views and countryside views from the cottage. Private, peaceful and only a 5 min walk into Abersoch town. Good accommodation. However the bunkbed room we feel is purely a small child’s space!!
The living space/kitchen/dining etc was great light and airy.
Our only downside were the dirty cutlery draws, dirty AGA .

The booking system was "pain free" and the lady who fielded my enquiry was very efficient and helpful.

After booking I raised a couple of queries which were answered promptly and clearly.

Excellent company, we had no problems at all during our visit and the communication regarding the accommodation was spot on. We stayed at Rose Walls, Stainton, Ullswater and the house was amazing. We will definitely use it again. Thanks

The house was beautiful. Very clean and well equipped.
The only downsides were that we were accompanied by elderly parents. We were attracted to property because of ground floor bedrooms, however not having a toilet on 1st floor, living area was problematic. Also, the property wasn’t in easy access of grocery shops.

When booking.com cancelled my reservation without notice, Gemma at luxury cottages stepped in to helped me retain the booking. Was so helpful and great communication.
A lovely cottage and stay.

Spent 3 nights in Coastal Manor for a family birthday. Was a great house, well equipped and a great location for exploring the local area. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay in the stable barn at mount pleasant barns for our mini moon! We instantly relaxed with the countryside views and the wonderful hot tub!

The barn was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the complimentary Prosecco and dog treats for our lab Bella 🐶 the cherry on the top was the discount at neighbouring Walton Hall where I had a lovely full body massage!

I will definitely be recommending to friends and family- the perfect retreat to reset and relax.

We had the most lovely time in Pen y Bryn. We were a group of family and friends competing in a sailing competition and the house was a perfect place to relax after a long day on the water. The hot tub was especially popular and in a great place for socialising whether you were in or out! The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the aga. The long room at the back of the house was such a great social space for eating and chilling out, spilling out onto the patio. We hardly went into the front rooms!
We loved the art on the walls!
Upstairs the bedrooms were clean with comfy beds and views to the sea! Showers were lovely and powerful and clean.
The driveway had room for all our cars and boats at the end of the week.
The concierge, Craig, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The private pool makes my holiday, I am disabled and love to swim but get embarrassed with strangers. This holiday allows me to swim with my grandchildren

The house was amazing, though there are a few things that would make it better.

Amazing place, sparkling clean and super homely. Arrive to a stocked fridge and tea, coffee and sugar and a welcome basket 😁 hot tub was amazing, the best massage one I've had yet at a holiday home, 10/10 very happy
