The phone cover is a great fit, I've ordered others previously (not from Lux!) which have been loose or sockets not lined up. Also a great choice of colours! Very happy with the cover!

Nothing received - no communication and appears to have not been dispatched at all .Requested refund

The order was despatched 4 days after I emailed to cancel the order. There was no other means by which to cancel the order. Within a few hours of dispatch, I received a reply to my email from the previous week, advising that the order could not be cancelled. Given that it would be an international delivery, returning it is not a cost effective option. The quality of the product itself looks good, I just have no need for it in this size, hence the cancellation.

Still haven't got this , where is it coming from Timbuktu 🤔

This “luxury case” is a complete scam. It has nothing to do with a luxury product and is, in fact, a cheap Chinese knockoff.

The case does not fit the phone at all and actively damages it.
The camera and flash cutouts are crooked and incorrectly positioned.

Most importantly, the metal part that is supposed to help install the case scratches a brand-new phone instead of protecting it. This is unacceptable and proves that the product is defective and unsafe.

I demand an immediate full refund and compensation for the damage caused to my phone as well as for the time I wasted dealing with this issue.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through my payment provider and file a formal dispute.

Item supposed to be despatched,courier claims to be waiting on item from sender!

I get an email saying that I received my parcel on 26th December,but nothing has arrived. Now I got another email saying I will receive my parcel on the 29th(today) .they have no clue of what they are doing.

The products I ordered were exactly as described & fit correctly & colour is g.

This soft-grip-formed Motorola Moto G15 cover, in dark grey, is fantastic. It perfectly fits the phone's housing, with all controls being easily accessible. The cover's armored texture also provides a soft yet grippy, warm exterior. Overall, a well-made little gem.

On Friday 19/12/25 , due to a rapidly disintegrating gel case, I ordered the Olive Green RUGGED SHIELD case for My ancient Motorola Edge 20, whilst sat in My Dentists waiting room as You do. When the confirmation came up saying it would be on its way from Sweden My first reaction was "SWEDEN!?!!" then "SWEDEN AT CHRISTMAS!!?? What have I done?" I had visions of not seeing this until sometime in the new year. BUT ! Tuesday 23/12/25 a mere 3 working days later, it's here! Well Done lux- case. They ship world wide from a single warehouse in Sweden , and salute to Nordpost and the Royal Mail who knocked it out of the park despite being the last few days before Christmas. Now to the case itself, I Airsoft,( yes, yes grown men playing "cowboys and Indians" ) so I chose the "military" looking Olive Green case, other colours are available. RUGGED SHIELD by name RUGGED SHIELD by nature. It is an excellent fit, from a tough thick high quality material, with reinforcement mouldings and well thought out switch covers. The Matt finish is augmented with a micro texture for good grip, unlike the gel case it replaces this is not going to slip out of Your hand when wet. There is a shiny finish to the RUGGED SHIELD letters and a matt and shiny finish to a shield emblem just above them on the lower part of the case. It exudes quality. It has also refreshed the look of My phone. Despite it's age encased in this product , I can see myself being asked "new phone?" in the coming days. Would I buy from lux-case.co.uk with the warehouse being in Sweden again? Definitely! would I buy a RUGGED SHIELD product to protect a phone again? Undoubtedly! A well deserved 5 stars I should say.

I have sent numerous emails and sent photographs but the issue has not been addressed and I have been advised my case is closed! I ordered a BEATS charging case and forwarded the link to prove it. I received 2 pieces of rubber that don't even hold together, not even worth a £1. The response emails I got did not relate to what I ordered. I was then advised I could return the item and sent a link as a guide. I followed it exactly and took it to the Post Office to be told the bar code wasn't recognised and it will cost over £9.00 to return. I could then end up being £30 instead of £20 worse off. I appreciate its not a lot of money but its the customer care and attitude and not being clear about the product. I am writing this so other customers are aware if they are going to spend large sums of money.

Case was received quickly from Sweden, in about three days.
Tidily finished, looks substantial and is a good snug fit on my phone.

Easy to order

Good selection of straps not too bad on delivery. However incorrect strap was sent I sent an e- mail explaining as uch and not had a reply

I never received my order. Customer service representatives could not care less. They tell me the full address was not provided. I certainly provided my full address at the time of ordering.

I bought two straps as a gift for my sister. She loved them, but unfortunately one of the straps was not long enough for her wrist. Had to return it. Tip - always check the length of the strap.
