I have sent numerous emails and sent photographs but the issue has not been addressed and I have been advised my case is closed! I ordered a BEATS charging case and forwarded the link to prove it. I received 2 pieces of rubber that don't even hold together, not even worth a £1. The response emails I got did not relate to what I ordered. I was then advised I could return the item and sent a link as a guide. I followed it exactly and took it to the Post Office to be told the bar code wasn't recognised and it will cost over £9.00 to return. I could then end up being £30 instead of £20 worse off. I appreciate its not a lot of money but its the customer care and attitude and not being clear about the product. I am writing this so other customers are aware if they are going to spend large sums of money.
