The case is beautifully made and looks…

The case is beautifully made and looks fantastic — you can really tell it’s a quality product. I’m giving it three stars, though, because of an issue with the card slots. Once you add a bank card and a driver’s license, the overall thickness increases just slightly, but enough to cause a problem. The added bulk prevents the case from closing properly, as the magnetic strip isn’t strong enough or close enough to keep it securely shut.

I had looked at many wallets on the site then chose and ordered it, straight forward and quickly. It looks great and feels strong and durable.

When I received my order for my…

When I received my order for my motorola G9 phone i.e. a case and a glass protector the case didn't fit my phone. I couldn't access any of my buttons or camera. Nothing lined up. I have emailed the company and asked them how they propose to solve this problem. Lets see how they deal with this before I review any further. 5th March 2026. An update to my first review. This company insist I ordered the wrong accessories for my phone and won't replace on this basis. No customer service at all. At the time of purchase I typed in the make of my phone as requested and was then shown all the compatible accessories from which I chose a phone cover and a screen protector. The slots in the phone cover didn't match at all with my phone making it completely useless to me. I have emailed several times and the company have continuously emailed back telling me that I ordered the wrong goods and won't budge from this position. I think its perfectly reasonable when I type in the name of my phone and then get shown what the compatible accessories are that I do actually receive the correct goods. They keep sending me pictures of same looking covers but which are not apparently compatible with my phone! My answer to that is why do they tell customers these are the compatible accessories for your phone when you type the make of phone in the "what are you looking for" box. They tell me I can of course send back the phone cover for a refund or a replacement but the company is in Sweden which I hadn't realised at the outset and the return instructions are very complicated and a warning is given that if mistakes are made then I might be liable to pay tax. The postage starts at £7 to Sweden I read and can be as much as £17 depending on the weight of the packet. I have told them I am not prepared to do this because of the trouble involved. I am not at all sure whether I would come up perhaps against further problems even having sent the goods back. My advice is not to buy from this company in the first place and save yourself any hassle. I shan't be buying from them again.

Case already looks old…

I have only been using this case a few weeks but it already looks like an old one as the covering has significantly come off. I am so disappointed as I don't think it was particularly cheap and would have liked to enjoy it longer ☹️

Very Good

First time using this company and good experience. Liked the look of products, easy to order. Fair price. Kept informed about delivery. Phone case very nice. Overall very pleased.

Order correct & sent in a timely matter. Wrapped in protective wrapping. Most importantly I'm delighted with the product.
