I get an email saying that I received my parcel on 26th December,but nothing has arrived. Now I got another email saying I will receive my parcel on the 29th(today) .they have no clue of what they are doing.

We were told that the fridge the next day(24th) and then I get a call on the 24th July 2025 saying that the fridge will be delivered on the 31st of July instead.

We only agreed to pay immediately cos the urgency was such.

Utter disappointment after being assured next day delivery.

First off, creation is amazing 🤩 I had ABIT of an issue with regards to my last month's installment, therefore I received a post from creation with regards to the same.

I called a spoke to Kish, who was ever so in understanding my situation and for patiently listening to me. He offered various solutions and advised me that if I ever had a change in my payment circumstances, I could call creation and they would be more than happy to try and help me.

This is the kind of support that is needed today.
