Lumos Helmet Omdömen 

I have a beautiful blue Lumos helmet that I like a lot except the fit is too large and it was shipped without any padding that could be added to the sides. The most helmets do have. Definitely room for improvement.

My helmet box arrived damaged. The company ignored my request for a return and refund. Instead, they sent another helmet. I don’t appreciate them ignoring my request. The helmet does not fit even though I measured my head before ordering.

Casque en panne après un peu plus de 3ans. À 200€ le casque ça n’est pas acceptable. Qualité vraiment discutable.

New product

I've bought 6 helmets, 8 lights, and a bunch of accessories from Lumos, and they've always stood behind their product.

Any time I've had an issue, I've sent a video in, and they've replaced the product, no questions asked. No "sounds like user error" or "have you tried..." - they just fix the problem.

Last week I reported an issue at 10pm and woke up to a shipping notification from 12:50am the next day, that they had already shipped a replacement.

Talk about customer service!! I was looking for a possible repair for the module on an e-helmet. They responded within a day, asked for some trouble shooting info and confirmed the failure. Replaced the helmet! Wow. I have bought three of their various helmets since their Kickstarter. They have all been what I expected. Lots of folks realize what a safety improvement they are.....and they are being copied.

The customer service folks were very responsive and attendant to our needs.

Amazingly stood behind their product when I really didn't think they would. Pleasantly surprised to say the least. Highly recommend Lumos!

ich finde den Helm erstaunlich. Er passt sofort,ich musste nicht einmal die Gurte verstellen. Auch die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend und die Sicherheit mit MIPS finde ich für den Preis spitze. Die App ist selbsterklärend und macht Spaß alles einzustellen. Ich wünsche mir allerdings das die hinteren Leuchten beim bremsen nicht flackern sondern wie gewöhnlich aufleuchten. Das Blitzen ist als Bremslicht nicht von allen Verkehrsteilnehmern eindeutig zuzuordnen.
Weiterhin wünsche ich mir das man Akkus gegen neue selbst tauschen kann.
Ich habe mich gegen den neuen Abus hype entschieden. Dieser war deutlich weniger innovativ und qualitativ schlechter. Auch die Lösung mit dem Bremshebel fand ich weniger gelungen.
Ich bin froh das ich mich für Lumus entschieden habe.

TOP SERVICE with diligence, efficiency, kindness, concern for the client ... will for sure another LUMOS helmet, and will recommend them to anyone

Katastrophaler Service. Nachdem mein Paket aus China mehrere Wochen bis zu mir unterwegs war, wollte ich die Artikel (Originalverpackt!) sofort wieder zurückschicken und von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen. Nachdem mir die Adresse für den Rückversand (den man selbst zahlen muss) genannt wurde und ich die Trackingnummer gemeldet habe, ist nichts mehr passiert. Das ist jetzt wieder mehrere Wochen her.

Tut euch selbst den Gefallen, und kauf nicht bei Lumos.

Ganz besonders gut hat mir das Schutzschild und die Beleuchtung am Held gefallen. Mein größtes Highlight… der Helm hat für das Abbiegen Blinker intrigiert ( die Schaltung ist am Lenkrad befestigt).

The process to register a bike helmet is confusing

I bought firefly minis 5 months ago. One of the four I bought just broke, but getting a free replacement was very easy (took me two emails to get it; one sending a picture, the other sending my address)

Lumos products have been great, and on the two times I have needed to get customer service assistance, both times they've been prompt, easy to work with and incredibly helpful.

ich war am anfang sehr zufrieden gewesen aber jetzt bin ich total unzufrieden habe jetzt 2-3 defekte helme zuhause liegen die nicht mehr funktionieren und habe 3 emails geschickt und bis heute keine rückmeldung bekommen werde mir jetzt einen anderen neuen helm kaufen müssen

ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen

Giving two stars because I think the idea and the design of the helmet is good, however my helmet arrived with inner padding missing and it had obviously already been opened before it reached me. It’s now been over two weeks since I requested a return and I’m finding the customer service to be extremely slow and quite unhelpful.
