Thanks to Hayley and Firmitas
Hayley who dealt as broker for my mortgage was absolutely fantastic.
We had constant issues from law firm arranging mortgage etc but Hayley kept me up to date with everything and dealt with issues very quickly.

The best decision I have made for years
The main factor that made my experience extremely successful and enjoyable was Rachel C.
Without this extremely valuable member of staff, I would still be in a dreadful position. Rachel fought for me as a human being first, put in so much effort and did not give up. I am extremely grateful for her work ethic and determination to help me. I would recommend anybody wanting to better their financial situation to contact Firmitas as they go beyond what you would expect.

Hayley was always there
Hayley was always there, even taking the time to monitor my communications while on leave. She got a great deal in difficult circumstances, providing excellent advice throughout, and maintained a friendly and patient manner during some changes in direction for the application. Conveyancing partners work well with the broker as a team and also kept things moving forward.

Superb attentive efficient service …
Matt was an excellent mortgage advisor who got me the mortgage I needed when others could not. I highly recommend as he goes the extra mile to make sure all the documents are fully complete and where the client might struggle he's on hand to fully assist. Look forward to working with him again

10/10 highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Firmitas enough! Matt truly went above and beyond to help me in obtaining my first mortgage. Matt worked tirelessly to find me the best deal, he came back time after time again with better interest rates ect.
Matt also guided me with many other aspects of buying a property, as a first time buyer I was very ensure on a lot of things, however Matt made this whole process very smooth.
If you are looking to obtain a mortgage with someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile then Matt really is the one to go to!
