Amazing! Couldn't have asked for a greater experience with Firmitas whom I have worked with since buying my home 5 years ago. Pro-active, friendly and great service, with just the right amount of support. Available but not intrusive, although I always felt that they had my back. Email's and texts right on point and no hard sell or even soft sell. Very pleased with the service and would defiantly use them again.

You can’t write a short review when you are investing for your retirement so please read all of the review to get an understanding of my experience.

I feel that there is a very personal touch to the way they speak to you, they are very serious on getting the best for you by making your money work hard and the risk choice is yours but they are at hand to constantly advise.One example of the support they give me is, when covid started, I saw my funds go down extremely frightening, I asked what I could do to stop any more loss, I was told of the option to freeze the account so no trading would continue, this was done instantly and gave me great peace of mind, then months on from the start of covid I moved my funds back to trading and not only did I regained the money I loss but then gained a lot more , I am more comfortable knowing how the market works and the choices I have and the control over how my money is invested with the huge help, support & experience of the staff.
I can check on my funds via the app or web site, where I can find a pie charts to show me in layman’s terms where and how much of my money is invested.

Tracy was so helpful and very efficient at securing our second mortgage. I would highly recommend her and Firmitas.
