Finding a Remortgage was proofing very…
Finding a Remortgage was proofing very difficult because of my age I found Firmitas on the Internet quite by chance and left an enquiry which was picked up by Rachel who replied almost immediately and after thoroughly assessing my situation Rachel was able to find a solution which was perfectly matched to my needs.
This remortgage completed last week giving myself and my daughter peace of mind knowing we are totally secure in our home.
Not only was Rachel extremely efficient and professional but she also showed great empathy towards my situation.
Once Rachel had found the solution she introduced her colleague Jordan who monitored the application process and kept me informed at every step also showing great professionalism and a genuine interest in my case.
It was a very lucky day for me when I discovered Firmitas and I would have no hesitation recommending them and particularly can't thank Rachel and Jordan enough.

Rachel was amazing!
Rachel was amazing with our application!
As a first time buyer, it was important to me to have the support I needed.
She was happy to sit down and go through documents with me, ensuring that I understood everything before anything was set in stone.
She was happy to answer all of my many questions and did so swiftly. She kept me informed throughout the process and updated me as often as possible.
We were in no rush for completion, but with Rachel's help and pro-activity, the entire process was stress free and only took a couple of months!

Firmitas were really helpful
