The Lugless process was so easy and reliable. We packed our boxes and labeled just as instructed, left the boxes out for pickup, FEDEX picked up the boxes on schedule and delivered to our destination on schedule. It was perfect.

Too many hidden charges
I originally was told as long as my box/ suitcase weighed under 50lbs, my price would be as quoted. A week later after box was delivered, I receive another charge on my credit card for $15 saying FedEX charged me extra. Lugless also charged me $6 to print labels at FedEx - too many hidden charges, membership fees, etc…

Please note, that any adjustments processed after the trip is completed come from the carrier themselves. It could be that they found the shipment to weigh more than the label was purchased for, or that the dimensions of the shipped item were larger. Either way, we can help dispute the additional charges on your behalf. We have sent you an email for you to open a billing claim to start that process.

Fast and Easy Process
My 9 extra heavy duty boxes were delivered from Seattle to NYC in just 8 days, much faster than the anticipated 2-3 weeks!
The delivery guy was also helpful by bringing those boxes to my 7th floor apartment. It has an excellent door to door service. I'd definitely use Lugless again!
