My luggage arrived on time

Utilized Shipgo’s service on a recent trip to Japan. I was going to be there for two weeks and knew I was going to be buying a lot of products from Japan so I shipped one large suitcase there and back. I had numerous questions before I shipped. A suitcase, and customer service answered all my questions, thoroughly and promptly. They picked up my bag at my house on the day they said and delivered back to me the day after I got back from my trip. Easy and convenient service. One thing I did not like is you are very limited as to what you can put in your shipped suitcase – I really wanted to ship back a lot of cosmetics – and these are not allowed in the shipped bag. But I put everything else I was able to in my bag and it made a remarkable difference in not having a huge suitcase to lug around going to and from the airport. It’s an expensive service, but in this case, it was definitely worth the money.

Getting it set up was a bit of a task but got good help from the call centre and everything seems to have arrived exactly as promised.

Most of the transfer of my 3 luggage pieces was very good but one of the bags seemed to be separated from the other two and the information related to it’s whereabouts was difficult to pin down. That said - this is my only experience of difficulty after numerous shipping experiences. I still love Shipgo.

Everything was exactly as it should be. When I had to change something, it was easy to do and Shipgo made sure I knew I had to reprint my tags. Bags arrived on time and in great shape. So easy!

Has not disappointed. Easy drop off at FedEx. My bag was going to take 4 days and arrived in 2-3.
The app should be friendlier. the ability to change from USA $ and capture postal code instead of zip for Canadian users.
We will use it again.

Everything worked smoothly, bags were picked up at my New Zealand address and delivered home to Philadelphia in just 2-3 days. Most inexpensive bag shipment available at the time.

Shipping through Amtrak was really fast and easy. I found out about it on Reddit and scheduled a pickup right away. It was delivered right on time. This is a great option for large/bulky items as the box I was sending was 40x25x25"

Super easy setup, tracking, and my bag was even delivered a day earlier than expected.

I priced out four different baggage delivery services for a box containing a 26" suitcase up to 50 lbs. ShipGo was the least expensive, offered the most insurance, and didn't charge for live customer service. On top of that, my bag was delivered two days early.
