Speedy service, but not cheap
Despite finding it a touch difficult connecting with a human to help eith some questions, the skis were delivered within 1 week which was awesome. Not cheap, but good.

I was skeptical about using this…
I was skeptical about using this website but with it only costing 40 dollars I went ahead and paid. I booked my suitcase Sunday night to come from Corpus Christi to Laporte where it arrived by Tuesday afternoon with all my contents still packed. Much better than the 400 dollars FEDEX AND UPS wanted to charge!

Delivery date needs to be more accurate
Used you once before. Genrall speaking it was a god experience except couldn't complete my order online. Came back becaeu of that. I called and was told my package would arrive on a certain day. I counted on that. It came early which I normally don't have any issies with but someone needs to be there to receive it as it was important and expensive delivery. We were out of town. We had no one to pick up the package and it sat. I dint count on this and although someone tried to stop the shipment from being delivered it didn't work so the package sat outside vulnerable to being stolen. Most people depend on a specific delivery time and if that changes and changes but a lot as in my case it causes major issues.

For future reference, all ShipGo shipments are sent with no signature required and can arrive ahead of schedule. If early delivery might pose an issue for an upcoming trip, we recommend one of the following alternatives:
- Ship to a local FedEx store, where most locations will hold shipments for pickup up to five business days (a small holding fee may apply, so it's best to confirm with the store in advance)
- Ship to a friend, family member, neighbor, or rental office, if applicable
- Ship to the first course you are playing or hotel where you are staying, if applicable
We understand it was frustrating that the attempt to stop the shipment was not successful, and we are glad to hear nothing happened to the package while it sat unattended. We apologize if this information was not clear during your booking process.
