SO EASY & efficient
SO EASY & efficient! I had two large checked bags that I could not handle on my own. ShipGo picked them up when they said they would and delivered them early. I will use them again and again.

They never disappoint
I have never been disappointed with Ship Go. I send my golf clubs from Arizona to Washington and back and they are picked up and delivered in the time they say. The shipping materials are mailed to me.

I was in a jam
I was in a jam, and unable to collect my luggage and make my plane. My friend recommended your company as she use it in the past. I was easily able to book my luggage on line, forward information to my friend who was able to print out the documents. The luggage was picked up promptly and ended up arriving cross country a day early.

Website does not work
Have spent ages on their website and cannot book shipping. No explanation given and no customer support. Tried again the next day, and on two different devices, and same thing. "Continue" button does not work unless you indicate "One Way" but then will not accept payment (and yes, checked with bank). How is this even remotely convenient. Called but they are closed. Is this really who you would trust your luggage with, a company that can't even set up an easy and convenient ordering process?
